Upon entering on the upper level you will be greeted with wonderful mountain views from the living and dining areas. On the lower level you will also have fantastic views from the master suite and guest bedroom. These accommodations are an ideal place for your next vacation. Each cottage has it's own private deck with gas grill, outside dining and views to wow you.

About the owner: The owners are Joe and Sue Mattera. After raising their family and living in Sarasota, Florida for the last 15 years, they decided to move to the mountains for a cooler climate and a more natural environment. Joe, with a degree in architecture, has been building homes for over 30 years. He designed these cottages to be green built, non-toxic, energy efficient, and set into the natural environment to take advantage of the magnificent views and surroundings. Sue has worked in Occupational Therapy and continues to do so part-time in pediatrics. They have two grown children in college and a dog named Callie, who resides on the property.
Why the Owner Chose Weaverville, NC, USA:
We were pleasantly surprised with this property. Once we started to selectively clear the land, the views turned out to exceed our expectations! Also, we fell in love with Weaverville. The small hometown feel has all the amenities you could ask for and yet only minutes to downtown Asheville and the beautiful Blue Ridge Parkway.
