About Robbie Mills
We are originally from the UK & Canada, have traveled extensively in the US and Europe using vacation rentals. We have been coming to Portland for many years and love the city. It is a paradise for walking, cycling, eating and drinking, and you do not need a car! We have 2 places in prime locations, The Perch is one of them.
Robbie Mills purchased this Apartment in 2012
Why Robbie Mills chose Pearl District
The architects who converted this 100 year old house into 2 units did a great job of maintaining the old charm while adding modern amenities, we have recently upgraded the property again. It is a home from home in the absolute best area in Portland.
What makes this Apartment unique
Walking distance to restaurants, bars, breweries, theaters, light rail, parks, the river, downtown & the Pearl district and the Timbers soccer stadium. There are lots of separate spaces to enjoy.

Excellent place and location.
We stayed for 6 nights and everything was perfect. Debra and Robbie have thought of everything to make it a clean, comfortable, beautifully decorated place. Looks exactly like the photos. Couldn't ask for better location because you can walk everywhere. They also provide a great book that explains how to use everything as well as menus of some of the eateries. Absolutely perfect. Thanks for making our stay memorable. Highly recommend and hope to return soon.
The Perch, was just perfect for our girls trip to Portland. The neighborhood was adorable and easy to navigate downtown, to the Pearl District and the waterfront. The morning light and birds chirping was a wonderful way to wake up each day. The kitchen is stocked with everything you need to cook and lots a glassware. Plenty of blankets, fluffy towels and games to play. Loved our time here.
Very comfortable, well equipped apartment in quiet, central area.
Quiet, tree lined street with easy walking distance to everything downtown.
Great shops, bars and restaurants all around.
Apartment is very spacious, comfortable and well maintained.
Excellent Portland Stay
My family and I loved this apartment in Portland. It was very clean, comfortable, and nicely decorated. We liked having the bedrooms on a different level than the kitchen and living area. Having multiple bathrooms was very convenient. We had a car but walked to shops and restaurants. My husband and I also went running a few times along the river and in Washington Park, both within easy running distance. We would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it.
Overall an excellent property and one that we enjoyed immensely. The home is in excellent condition, comfortable, clean, well located and had everything you need and more for a short or long term stay. The host was great, took the time to check on us during our stay and always accessible.
We enjoyed the location in relation to all Portland had to offer and would highly recommend this property.
Absolutely love this home!!
This home is as described and more!! I felt like i was in my own home as this place is clean and has every extra you can think of. Close to shopping and restaurants - we walked to downtown and the Pearl District......everything was accessible without the need of a vehicle!
I will definitely stay here again!! Thank you!
