Thank you for your interest in our house.
• Our child-friendly house with garden and parking
located in a private residence with a communal swimming pool 20x10m (please
see below IMPORTANT INFO!)
• The house is surrounded by palm trees, a cozy terrace and a garden,
which invites you to chill out.
• The house can accommodate 6 people.
• 2 BEDROOMS with French double beds (140x190), open plan

IMPORTANT INFO: Residence communal pool 20x10m :
The residence's own communal pool is open from mid-June to mid-September and is available to our guests, provided that no restrictions on use due to acute drought and lack of water are imposed by the Regional Prefecture of Pyrenees Oriental, as happened in the summer of 2023.
The landlord cannot provide any guarantee and assumes no liability towards the tenant should the Regional Prefecture of Pyrenees Oriental again order a restriction of use or closure of private or semi-private swimming pools for the reasons mentioned above.

schönes Ferienhaus - belle maison de vacances

Ein schönes Ferienhaus nahe am Strand. Ein schöner Wintergarten. Wir haben den Urlaub genossen. Auftretende Fragen wurden vom Vermieter, welcher jederzeit erreichbar war, beantwortet. Sehr nette und zuvorkommende Vermieter. Vielen Dank für den Urlaub.Une belle maison de vacances près de la plage. Une belle véranda. Nous avons apprécié nos vacances. Le propriétaire, qui était joignable à tout moment, a répondu à toutes nos questions. Propriétaires très sympathiques et prévenants. Merci beaucoup pour ces vacances.

Nous avons passées de très bonnes vacances dans cette maison avec nos 3 enfants. Fidèle à l’annonce. Très bien placée avec la piscine dans la résidence et la plage à moins de 10 minutes à pieds. Quelques commerces également à pieds.

Super location

* Maison très bien équipée (intérieur comme extérieur), pratiquement rien ne manque. * Très propre, et très bien entretenue. * Pour les jeunes, et pour ceux qui travaillent, accès Internet en Wifi * Proximité de la plage (500m, pas besoin de voiture) * Commerces proches eux aussi * Accès rapide aux grands axes, sans en avoir les inconvénients * Et n'oublions pas le disponibilité et la serviabilité de Ilse et de son mari, pour l'arrivée, le départ, et au moindre petit problème : très appréciable

Well equipped villa but noise, no fans and lack of information about pool closures a problem

The villa is well presented and well equipped. The beach & the main street were approx a 8-10 min walk. A car is an absolute must if you plan to visit any nearby towns/villages.The pool was closed and had been for a while though we were not told this until 2-3 days prior to our arrival which, in my opinion, was wrong. We chose this villa over others because of the pool and had we been told in good time we would have had the option to choose another of our short-listed villas in the area at a much better rate. If the pool is important to you make sure you double-check that it is open. It was hot and we knew there was no air-conditioning but we did expect fans in the bedrooms; keeping the windows open at night was not practical because of the noise from the camps and the mosquitoes (a mosquito net was provided but we were still bitten incessantly at night if we kept the windows open) We chose to have the bed linens and towels included in our package and were disappointed that we were all given 1 towel each. A bare minimum should be a hand towel and a bath towel each. There are supermarkets nearby and plenty of restaurants along the main road and the seafront. There are a couple of camping sites nearby so the noise level is quite high until late at night. I complained about the lack of timely information about the pool and the owner waived the linen fee as a "goodwill" gesture. The owner should make it very clear to all clients if the pool is closed before confirming a booking.

Wunderschöne 10 Tage in einem gemütlichen Ferienhaus

Wir hatten das Haus wegen der guten Lage und Strandnähe sowie der gehobenen Ausstattung ausgewählt. Wir (4 Erwachsene) wurden in keinster Weise enttäuscht. Angefangen von der tollen Vorort-Betreuung, über die gute Ausstattung (es fehlt an nichts!) bis hin zur optimalen Lage (2 Minuten zum Bäcker/Laden, 5 Minuten zum Strand, 10 Minuten zu diversen Restaurants) war alles sehr gut.

De vakantiewoning is zeer persoonlijk ingericht, er is aan veel gedacht. Zwembad van het parkje is fijn. Bedden en douche-afmetingen zijn voor grotere Noordelingen wel aan de krappe kant.

Très bon séjour dans cette location

Nous avons passé une très bonne semaine de vacances à Sainte Marie. Nous n'avons manqué pratiquement de rien car la maison est très bien équipée. 2 seules choses manquaient : une lumière extérieure côté barbecue, et soit la clim soit des ventilos car nous avons eu très chaud la nuit. Sinon la maison est bien située par rapport à la plage, dommage que 2 campings soit si proches car nous entendions les animations tous les soirs, mais de notre côté nous mettions un petit fond musical qui nous permettait de nous sentir comme chez nous. Très bonnes semaine de vacances en famille. Merci aussi pour le contact sur place qui nous a permis de résoudre un petit problème qui aurait pu devenir un gros problème ! Heureusement qu'elle et son mari étaient là !

Gute Preis Leistung, super Objekt, gepflegt-sauber

Wir genossen einen erholsamen Urlaub. Das gepflegte Domizil ist was es verspricht einfach super. es fehlte an nichts. Wir waren von Anfang an gut betreut und können es mit gutem Gewissen weiterempfehlen. Wir schätzten den langgezogenen Sandstrand er bietet viel Platz für jeden. Liegestühle können am Strand gemietet werden. (Keine zusammengepferchte, sonnenhungrige Belagerung). Diverse Restaurants und Bars sorgen für Ihr leibliches Wohl. Schade, dass unser Urlaub von kurzer Dauer war. Vielen Dank nochmals und bis bald :-)

Un petit coin de paradis

Kleines Häuschen - ideal für gemütliche Ferien

Wir haben zwei Wochen in Sainte Marie la Mer verbracht. Zu Beginn waren wir etwas enttäuscht, dass nicht so gründlich geputzt wurde. Die Vermieterin hat jedoch umgehend reagiert und die "Putzfee" zur Klärung der Missstände vorbei geschickt. Wir waren sehr positiv überrascht von dieser Reaktion! Auch sonst fühlten wir uns sehr gut beraten und betreut. Ein umfangreiches Dossier zum Häuschen und der nächsten Umgebung bekamen wir im Vorfeld elektronisch zugesandt, womit wir für jeden Fall gewappnet waren. Der Strand hat uns gut gefallen: In 10 Minuten ist man zu Fuss dort, er ist sehr sauber und gepflegt. Das Meer war ebenfalls sehr sauber und klar! Sainte Marie la Mer ist klein und überschaubar. Wer einen Partyurlaub machen möchte, ist hier definitiv am falschen Ort. In der Umgebung von Sainte Marie la Mer gibt es einige sehenswerte, hübsche Städtchen, Ruinen und ehemalige Befestigungsanlagen. Uns hat der Leuchtturm und der Strand von Leucate gut gefallen. Ebenfalls schön fanden wir das Örtchen Collioure, obwohl es sehr touristisch ist. Wir haben für einige Tage auch zwei Tandems gemietet und sind der Küste entlang gefahren, wobei man die Natur so noch auf eine andere Art und Weise geniessen kann. Auch wenn unsere Ferien friedlich und angenehm waren, hat die unmittelbare Nachbarschaft rund um das Häuschen manchmal etwas gestört. Da das Häuschen in einer Ferienresidenz liegt, ist es von allen Seiten umgeben von anderen Ferienhäusern. Oft lief bis spät in die Nacht laute Musik und das Unterhaltungsprogramm auf dem nahe gelegenen Campingplatz war oft sehr laut und bis nach Mitternacht hörbar. Wir hätten uns ein bisschen mehr Ruhe gewünscht. Trotzdem blicken wir auf erholsame Ferien mit schönem Wetter zurück!
