We enjoyed this apartment for a week in October. The apartment is very efficient in its design with plenty of storage and stylish, comfortable furniture. The bed, very important after walking through Paris, was most welcoming. The ceiling-mounted shower head and hand-held shower wand - and plenty of hot water - made showers a pleasure! The apartment is in a great location, just about 2-3 blocks from the Metro and close to bus routes. We would definitely choose this apartment again should we find ourselves in Paris.
Po prostu super! W samym centrum pięknego Paryża. W zasięgu spaceru do kultowych miejsc, w pobliżu dobrze skomunikowanej stacji metra. Warunki wspaniałe. Świeżo i czysto. Wszystko wyglądało dokładnie tak jak na zdjęciach. Położenie na parterze totalnie w niczym nam nie przeszkadzało. Z czystym sumieniem polecam ten apartament!
It is simple to explain: perfect. Perfect location. Perfect facilities. Beatifull with all things that you need. Modern. Excelent use of space inaide department. Excellent location at 5 min of the Eiffel Tower and 1 min of restaurants, bars&pubs and supermarkets street of that area. The attention of Paris Agent was Excelent and perfect.
My husband and I stayed at the apartment for 2 weeks during May. The apartment was very clean and had a very nice kitchen and bathroom. The bed was very comfortable. The neighborhood has many restaurants, bakeries, and other markets. We love Paris restaurants! We walked just about everyplace and took the metro rarely. At the corner we could see the Eiffel Tower - magical. The other reviewers indicated that they could not open the drapes or windows. I went outside and my husband pulled the 'shears' and I could not see in. While we were in Paris, there was a slight heat wave, so we wanted to open the windows and get some fresh air in the apartment. However, I do understand how the windows on the ground floor would be a drawback. Being on the ground floor did make the unit noisy - cars, talking, vespas, etc. I am sensitive to noise, so during the evening it did bother me. Opening the windows also raised the noise level. Everyone associated with the management company were very helpful and kind. In summary, we loved the apartment and would definately stay again. We will just go in October / November :)
You are just around the corner from the Invalides, a monument and historic building housing the Army Museum with the largest collection of arms in Europe and where Napoleon Bonaparte is buried. From your doorstep you can also walk to the Eiffel Tower.
A few more steps takes you to the Musee d'Orsay (modern art museum) and then cross over the Seine at the Pont Royal to go straight to the Louvre. The walk towards the Musee D’Orsay takes you past the American Church in Paris
You can see the Grand Palais and Petit Palais from your closest metro stop which is Invalides.
From Invalides just cross the magnificent Pont Alexandre III to reach the Champs Elysees stopping off at the Grand or Petit Palais to visit the latest exhibitions and then meander up or down the Champs Elysees.
Turn right towards Place de la Concorde taking in l'Orangerie in the Jardin des Tuileries and then down the rue de Rivoli towards the Louvre.
Or take a left up the Champs Elysees towards L'Arc de Triomphe and all the cafes and restaurants on the Champs.
Alternatively cross at Pont de l’Alma and walk up Avenue Montaigne and see the top designer showrooms like Chanel, Vuitton, Nina Ricci, Ungaro, Escada, Lacroix, Dior and many more.
You can also just take the 69 bus from the Rue St Dominique (a 3 mns walk) direct to St Germain des Pres, the Musee d'Orsay and the Louvre.
