Another excellent stay in LBI!
My family and I had our third summer vacation on LBI recently. It just keeps getting better. It was our second stay in this particular 2 family and it was just right for us. The family above us was great too. Not too loud either. Less than a minute walk to the beautiful beach and very reasonably priced. Definately recommend this unit and the owners are easy to work with. They respond to emails quickly.

Awesome house, great location
This place was perfect for myself and my family (6 of us total). Our favorite parts about the house were the back patio (which has a grill and a little table), the a/c units in every room, and the fact that it is a 10 second walk from the front door to the beach. Also, all kitchen utensils you could possibly need were supplied so that was nice. The week we spent here was truly great. I wanna go back already.
Cannot say how much we love our visit every year. It makes the rest of the year bearable. Always everything we need in the house, always clean. Feel,like we are walking into our home. We always go before on season, it's like having the beach to yourself.
Terrific all around
One of the best vacations I've had. The second floor accommodations were perfect for my family and I. Simple and clean with granite counter tops and central air! Beautifully updated. I actually enjoyed cooking for a change.Location was great with easy access to everything. The end of the avenue had a street light making it very easy to enter the main street traffic. I was sad to leave. The owners were easy to work with and seemed to enjoy people staying at their property.

best owners and amazing location
So my kids are 5th generation surf city vacationers. We really wanted a place on the 1st ocean block and that had a good layout for kids and grandparents who stayed with us briefly. This apt is great. the MB is roomy and had space enough for a pack n play, the 2nd bedroom with the double bed was ok (it would be awesome if this room could somehow be upgraded to a queen!), and the twin bed room worked great for our 4 and 6.5 year olds (but the dresser is a bit hard to open for little kids, we did a work around with drawers slightly open). kitchen counter space is minimal but hey, i'm not trying to make a 5 course meal at the beach- everything works (knife block could be trashed, there are better knives in the drawer), couches are comfy, outside back area was GREAT - outside shower rocked, and i have to say that Ken and Suz are absolutely the best. Suz knew we were arriving early and let me know that we could get in before 2pm on sat- amazing. and then we had a baby lock himself in the bedroom - suz answered right away and told me how to unlock the door- amazing. and then i left my phone at the big dipper ice cream parlor, and suz got it and mailed it to me (it arrived today!). seriously, 3 kids is a handful, but suz and ken were like the back up parents we needed to resolve every issue that came up. couldn't have been happier. thank you SO SO SO MUCH for our first family vacation in a long time!

This home was just as described. It's been updated and looks just like the photos; no surprises. Kitchen is on the smaller side but we managed fine. It was great having separate outdoor shower and gas grill from the second floor unit. Nice backyard area and literally steps from the beach. Owners were so nice and easy to deal with. It's in a great area with most things within walking distance. We would definitely consider staying here again. We miss it already!

Payment schedule is 25%with lease signing to secure reservation (if booked prior to Jan 1st of rental year), 25% by Jan 1st, and remaining 50% + security deposit no later than 2 weeks ahead of rental start date. If reservation is made after Jan 1st of rental year, then 50% is due at time of lease signing to secure reservation. Rates are subject to change until reservation is confirmed.
