Bus service is free, and the bus stop is located right in front of the townhome for a quick ride to any of the ski resorts or downtown. Deer Valley resort is just a two-minute drive away, and Park City Mountain Resort and Canyons are both 10 minutes away.

After a long day of skiing, snowboarding, hiking or biking, come home to your warm, inviting 3 bedroom, 2 1/2 bath private retreat. This townhome is recently renovated with all the amenities of home. A large, open kitchen is fully-stocked and has granite countertops, a spacious island and beautiful views. Enjoy a glass of wine by the fire, curl up with a book or enjoy a dinner at the spacious dining table. The living room features lots of natural lighting and a flat-screen TV over the gas fireplace. The deck off of the living room offers views of town and the ski resorts.

The master suite occupies the third floor, with a queen bed, flat-screen TV and large walk-in closet. An en-suite bathroom features granite countertops, updated fixtures, a glass-door shower and a whirlpool soaking tub. Two bedrooms on the lower level share an updated full bath. All bedrooms are located away from the main living space, making this a perfect place for families or groups. A laundry room with a washer and dryer and half bath are also located on the main level.
