In 1998, newly 'empty-nesters', we rolled the dice and moved a flourishing real estate business from Seattle, WA to the rural farm town of Meridian, Idaho. And we have never looked back! In these few years we have watched this community grow and we still love it here. It has the best of two dynamic yet polar opposite lifestyles: a Great Outdoors with hunting, fishing, camping, skiing and boating, yet just minutes from the Cosmopolitan core with boutique shopping, Saturday Farmer's Markets, theater, concerts, ballet.... something for everyone and easily accessible!

Close to all without the hustle and bustle of daily living. This is a treasured home away from home.

This was the second time that we rented this home for Spring break. The home is situated in a very nice, well maintained, quiet neighborhood.

We stayed at this lovely house in August, and I just remembered to leave a review! This was our first experience stateside leasing a vacation home, and we could not have been more pleased. The house is perfectly located in a nice, quiet subdivision, and is close to just about anything you may need. The owners have furnished this home tastefully and comfortably, and thoughtfully provided almost everything you need for your stay. The rooms and closets are spacious, the furnishings are comfortable, and everything was spotlessly clean for our stay. The master bedroom has a wonderful soaking tub that was enjoyed by me nightly. Dave was easy to work with, and left clear instructions regarding use of ceiling fans, internet, departure process, etc. We highly recommend this property, and hope to stay again when we are back in the area.
This house is lovely, spacious and in a great neighborhood. Furnishings are comfortable, great kitchen, wonderful beds. The owner/managers are responsive and live close in case you need them. Location is good, grocery store close by. I would highly recommend this home.

The home was much more than we expected. It was very clean and well kept. It was stocked with everything we needed to make our stay easy and comfortable. Everything was exactly as stated in the amenities. The only downfall of my experience was the bed I had. I cant speak for all the beds in the home, but the one I chose was extremely hard--not how I prefer to sleep, but I managed. The owners were very quick to respond to some last minute questions/concerns as well. Overall it was a wonderful experience!
Arrived from Australia to visit family and friends in Idaho and found a beautiful place in a great location. We stayed for a couple of weeks, cleaned the place throughouly (as well as using a professional cleaner) and left to go back to Australia. When we had not heard back from the owners about our bond after multiple emails we were told they were unable to get to the house to check it. A week or two later we were then told that our bond would not be returned because of a large blue stain on the carpet in one of the bedrooms (not present to us or our cleaner and cleaning receipts and/or pictures of the stain could not be provided by the owners) as well as two missing blue pillow cases (which we did misplace). We offered to buy two new pillow cases to match the bed set (which were very cheap and purchased from Wal-Mart) only to be told that an entirely new bed set was purchased for over $200 (again no receipts could be provided). Moral of the story for us is think of this place like a rental car and take lots of pictures (which we did as well as a walkthrough video upon leaving) of the place before you leave so you can't be blamed for things that did not occur or do not want to be price gouged for minor things like pillow cases.
