Perfect All Around!!

We recently visited Old Town Scottsdale for the First Time and stayed for 6 weeks in one of Adrian's units. I want to say that it was exactly what was stated in the other guest reviews. Adrian was a true Gentlemen and made sure we got settled in he even drove us to Enterprise rent a car that was a couple miles away as it was a lot less expensive then renting a car at the airport. The Unit was super clean and very comfortable furniture and most importantly The bed was fantastic ,which that is a major Plus as my husband and I have stayed in units that claim they have all you want to hear and quite Honestly fall short . We stayed in a first floor unit which had a lovely patio where we would have our coffee in the am and our wine at sunset. I Love the fact that Fashion Square mall was literally 2 minute walk from our unit. I must say that Old town and its little shops and art studio's and restaurants is easily accessed with in a 5 minute walk I HIGHLY recommend this Property ,from a location perspective it was Top Notch ! Thanks Adrian and keep up the Good work :)

Beautiful Condo, perfect location!!!

As soon as we I arrived I knew we picked the right place! Everything we could possibly need was there for us, and the best part was that it cost a fraction of what the nearby hotels were priced at. The apartment was equipped with everything we needed. In addition, it was so clean and the linens, bed and sofa were so comfy too! The best part of all is the location. Great shopping, dining and activities were all within walking distance. Adrian was very polite and so accomodating. We can't wait to go back!

New, Clean, and GREAT Location!!!

I recently stayed in Scottsdale as I needed to relocate for work for three months and I happened to stay one of Adrian's units at the Camelback Condos. The unit was practically brand new, everything from the kitchen to the bathroom to the furniture! Also, the unit was very clean which is really important to me. My favorite thing overall was that the unit was within walking distance to the Oldtown area where all of the great Scottsdale restaurants are and the Scottsdale Fashion Square Mall is right across the parking lot and street. You have a nice quiet private area which is awesome and right across the street is one of the best shopping centers I have ever been to. I would definitely stay here again next time I need to be in Scottsdale for work or even for leisure. Thank you so much Adrian!! :)

great location, clean & attractive, awesome owner

I stayed in one of Adrian's condos for a month, to get my feet underneath me as I moved to this new location. I now have a more permanent rental, but this was just a lovely interim solution for me. Met all my standards for clean, quiet, well furnished. Just an awesome location, across from shopping mall, 1/4 mile from wonderful restaurants, quick drive to ASU. And the owner, Adrian, is very responsive, easy to deal with and honest. First floor, condo complex has good amenities.

Wonderful!!!

I stayed in this unit for 2 months while attending a class at the University. Adrian is a true gentleman, honest, and an excellent rental owner who was always available for assistance if needed. This property is truly great! It was one of the cleanest, safest properties I have quite frankly ever rented and can't say enough about the location. Everything is within walking distance like Starbucks and the fantastic Fashion Square Mall and Old Town. I also enjoyed the most wonderful bike trails which allowed opportunity to really see the area, not to mention the relaxing, refreshing pool cleaned each day. I really can't say enough about how great this place is and will definitely return in the future. You will NOT be disappointed dealing with Adrian if renting any of his properties and will certainly, like myself recommend anyone heading to Scottsdale to consider his rentals first!

Exactly what it looks like...perfect

There are so many positive things to say about my experience here, that I don't know where to start. The owner Adrian responded to my email right away. I was in the area already, and arranged with him to take a look at the place firsthand. Everything is exactly as the pictures look; new and modern and for me most importantly clean. And the bed...so comfortable, another very important factor as I was about to leave a rental unit not far away, and the bed was terrible. There are many places in this area being rented out, that are in fact second homes the owners spend time at; this can mean outdated furnishings, linens, clutter, etc. This is not one of those. Adrian has done a phenomenal job making this rental look and feel more like staying in a hotel, with all the convenience of home like being able to cook and entertain if desired. Needless to say, after seeing the place I knew I wanted to stay. Adrian even helped me move my things over from the last rental so I could get settled right away.

The location is perfect and within walking distance or short cab ride to many destinations. There are lots of golf courses and restaurants nearby to choose from, one of my favorites is Mastro's Steakhouse that is just down the street. There is a fun nightlife scene if that is what you are looking for as well.

My original plan was to stay here for one month. I ended up extending for two because I enjoyed myself so much. I will definitely stay here again, IF it isn't already booked. Places like this get snapped up pretty quickly, and tend to get reserved pretty far in advance. As soon as I know what my plans are, I will be doing the same. Thank you for everything Adrian!!
