A third living area and 2nd kitchen is located in the detached 2000 square foot 4 bedroom guest house. The guest house was newly built in 2004 and designed and built to mimic the original design of the main home.

<b>Master 2</b> located adjacent to master 1 on the north side of the home and separated by a hall to add privacy. Featuring a Queen bed and a 40 inch TV. Also included is an ensuite bath with a separate shower.
<b>Master 3</b> located next to master 2, featuring a Queen Bed. The spacious en suite bath features a large shower, single sink and easy access to the pool.
<b>Guest House</b> Newly built in 2004!<b>Master 4</b> is a large, comfortable layout. Located on the southwest corner of guest house. It has ample space, high ceilings, complete with a Queen bed, 40 inch TV and an en suite bath.
<b>Master 5</b> is located on the east side of the Guest house. Featuring a Queen Bed with 40 inch TV . Large windows overlook the night lit tennis court. An ensuite bath in once again attached to this bedroom. There is a large covered patio area around the perimeter of the guest house with sliding door access from this bedroom.
<b>Bedroom 1</b> located on the northwest corner of the Guest house. It features a Queen Bed.. A shared jack and jill bath separate bedrooms 1 and 2 and features double sinks and tub/shower combination.

<b>The Firestone Tire Company Legacy</b> The home was designed for Firestone by renowned architectural designer William Pereira, the same mind behind the intricately designed Transamerica Pyramid in San Francisco, as well as the famed Geisel Museum, located on the campus of the University of California San Diego. Leonard Firestone inherited the reins of the nation's leading tire manufacturer in the 1930s after the death of his father, Harvey Firestone.
Leonard would go on to lead the company until the 1970s, keeping the national brand on top of the market through some extremely challenging and ever-changing times. He died in 1996.
