Also on this level you will find the first three bedrooms and a laundry room. The first bedroom has two sets of bunk beds and a TV w/ DVD. The second bedroom offers two full beds. These two bedrooms share the hall bathroom, which has a tub/shower combination. In the third bedroom you will find a queen bed, large flat screen TV, and a private bathroom with stand-up shower.
Fifteen steps lead to the main living area of the home, which offers a wide open room with cathedral ceilings and wood flooring throughout. There is plenty of seating, including a reclining sofa, love seat, chair, and a large entertainment console with plasma TV, DVD, stereo and CD player, and a door leading to the very large screened-in porch. The dining area has a large table with seating for up to six while the open kitchen has custom cabinets, black appliances, black granite countertops, four high-top bar stools, and a sliding door also leading to the large screened-in porch. This porch offers plenty of room to entertain! There are two very large tables with bench seating and two additional chairs each, a table with six chairs, and two additional Adirondack chairs. This room has a spiral staircase leading to the downstairs pool area.
The fourth bedroom offers two full beds and has access to the full bathroom located in the hallway with a tub/shower combination.
In the master bedroom you will find a king bed, flat screen TV w/ DVD and a private bathroom with stand-up shower.
