The house worked well for our needs. It had more kitchen utensils then expected, which was great! We did a lot of our cooking at the house and we had almost all of what we needed for cooking. The only thing my kids wished we had was a hot tub closer to the house. We did not take advantage of the swimming pool and hot tub due to the distance from the house.
The accommodations were excellent! The condo is a little dated, but it was extremely comfortable. The kitchen was very well-stocked and the ski-in/ski-out access to the slopes was fabulous. Also, daily trash pick-up and shuttle service were a big bonus. I would certainly consider staying there again!
The condo worked out very well for our group. We had plenty of room to seat everyone for dinner and it was so nice to have bunk beds to accommodate the kids. We also enjoyed the grill and the deck so we could take advantage of the wonderful weather. It was a ways from downtown, but we enjoyed that part of it because it was so quiet and we had a beautiful view. The condo was equipped with everything we needed and more. We actually brought some things that we thought we would need, and the condo already had them. We loved having the washer and dryer. It did get a bit stuffy and hot at night and would have been nice to have fans in the bedrooms. Overall, we very much enjoyed our stay and your services were excellent. You were in constant communication with us when we were searching for the perfect unit, and helped us through some snags. Every time I emailed, someone always responded quickly and were very helpful. We appreciated the patience and willingness to search for a variety of condos that fit our needs.
This townhouse was perfect for our family ski trip last winter! We had 6 adults (including two non-skiers) and 5 children, and there was plenty of room for everyone.
This is a true ski-in / ski-out rental. We could sit on the deck, put on our skis, and literally hop down onto the 4 O'clock run directly from our townhouse. Skiing back to the unit was just as easy with an access trail off of 4 O'clock right up to our back deck. A few steps (seriously, only a few) up the hill to the unit was all the walking we had to do. The view from the unit was nice. My parents stayed at the unit with our youngest child and could watch skiers all day long on the slopes.
The unit was clean and well kept. The kitchen and bathrooms were a little outdated, the dryer took forever to dry clothes, but overall, it was good. In fact, we are considering staying here again for our ski trip next year.
Storm Meadows complex has a private shuttle that runs continuously during the day, and is on call at other times to take you to the grocery store, restaurants, etc. It is a short walk to the shuttle stop from the unit, but is not bad at all. This is a very nice feature and allowed us to not have a need for a vehicle during our trip.
