This house lives like a 3500 square foot home. Recently renovated and great for skiing vail and beaver creek. Just 9 minutes by car to vail and beaver creek parking. The kitchen comfortably seats 8 people for a home cooked family dinner, or a quick pazzo's pizza. We love this location!

The basement is perfect for your college age kids and their friends, or for you to invite more members of your family.

Our property manager, Mariella, can do almost any additional service either our family or yours needs. She is available at reasonable rates to provide catering, grocery shopping, babysitting and provide additional daily or mid week housekeeping services if necessary. Summer Getaway

This property was perfect for our family of nine and the couples escaping Texas' heat and hurricanes who followed. Extra perks were the fenced in back yard for our dog (although the steps need some work) and the property manager-Mariella- who took care of all of our needs. I agree with a previous post that the drapes in the master were too sheer to allow for sleeping in, but I decided to enjoy each morning's daybreak.

While much of the property has been updated, details such as the carpeting kept me from rating it 5 stars. I still recommend it highly and would return.

Great location. Perfect for a guys trip.

Great location and value. We had a great time. Property was in decent shape, was clean and had beds for 10. Perfect setup for a ski vacation for the guys. The only recommendation I'd make is to get a coffeee maker, we had to buy one as it isn't cost effective to buy k cups for 8 guys for a week.

The place is fine, the property manager is difficult to deal with and somewhat unreasonable

We stayed here last year and had a good experience, This year was a different story. When we arrived the place was not cleaned after the previous guests left. As we had driven 13 hours that day and it was 730pm, this was going to be a problem for us but I called the property manager and no answer. So we started doing the laundry. After about an hour the property manager called and got somebody to come over and finish making the beds. They came back and emptied the trash and finished cleaning the place in the morning. Conservatively, we had cleaners in the house for about 4 hours during our stay. For our inconvenience the cleaning fee was waived. When asked for a discount beyond that, I got a lengthy email chain which I had to deal with during my trip that started off ignoring the question and when I asked the property manager to call to discuss, the property manager just kept responding with emails that included a lot of excuses but no acknowledgement of fault or apology for our troubles. When I called to address the issue, the property manager would not answer direct questions and tried to make me feel bad about being upset. I will not be renting the place again.

Owner's Response: Kevin booked the property as a last minute ski trip for his college ski team. It was a tight check in and check out situation. My friends used the home prior to the ski team's arrival. Last year when he stayed one of the students left a computer and Mariella sent it to them right away without cost. ....this year because of the last-minute booking my housekeeper forgot to clean the house. It was an honest mistake. She has worked for me for over 10 years and this was the first time she made this type of mistake. She does not work for Mariella directly. She works for me. People are human. As soon as Kevin let Mariella know the house was not clean she called me and let me know. Then she called Flor, my housekeeper who was there within 17 minutes since she lives down the street. We had asked her to text us as soon as she was there. Kevin told Mariella, my property manager he was shopping at Walmart and it was no big deal. Mariella apprised me of the situation and I told her to not charge him for his end to stay housekeeping fee of $250.00. Flor, my housekeeper did all of the beds and the bathrooms that evening and returned the next morning to finish the rest of the house. My friends from Maryland were the guests prior to Kevin's and I know that while the house was not cleaned for Kevins arrival, it certainly had not been left terrible. Then Kevin called and told Mariella that the oven was not working; so we decided to send the owner of the property management company: Todd, and another handyman to the property. However when they arrive to my home the college students were making pizza in the oven - so we are not sure where the miscommunication was born from. The oven works fine . It seems to us that Kevin was looking for something more than $250 off of his stay. We feel Mariella and Flor and her team acted appropriately.

Loved this house!

This place was perfect for our family group of nine plus our little dog. It was very clean and the kitchen was well equipped to make our meals. It was well located between Beaver Creek and Vail and easy to get to both. The management was quick to respond when we had questions or a lighting problem. We would love to stay in this property again next year.
