Located on a quiet residential street with views of the mountains from the back patio and views of the community pool from the generous front covered patio, this offering is in walking distance of groceries, pharmacy, shops and restaurants. The famous fountain and park are just over a mile away.

The split plan, 1022 square foot condo has a remodeled eat-in kitchen with dark wood cabinets, new countertops and tile floor. It has a dishwasher, microwave, new stove and refrigerator and a generous pantry. Around the corner from the kitchen is a new full sized washer and dryer.

The living room is newly furnished and the back, partially covered patio can be accessed from this area. There is a new 40' flat screen smart TV with cable and wireless internet.

The master bedroom has a new queen sized bed with foam mattress, sleep safe mattress protector, new bedding and towels. There is also a new flat screen tv and generous walk-in closet/storage. The back patio can also be accessed from the master. The ensuite bathroom has dual sinks and counters separate from the shower and commode for privacy.

The second bedroom also has a new queen sized bed, sleep safe mattress protector. bedding and towels. The second bathroom is just outside this bedroom and has a sink, commode and stand up enclosed shower.

There is a one car garage with garage door opener and storage cabinets covering the back wall. There is also additional outdoor parking on the premises near the garage.

Michael and I live and work in the Hall of Fame City of Canton, Ohio. Michael is a steel salesman for a family owned business and I am RN who teaches at Robert T. White LPN School. My sister, Nancy, has lived in Fountain Hills for over ten years and I have visited her numerous times. She has helped me fall in love with this part of the country and particularly, Fountain Hills. Our three daughters are grown, married and live in different parts of the country. We love to visit, have them visit and spend time with our new grandchildren.

Quiet, friendly and convenient condo!

This was our second time to stay in Fountain Hills. What a great place to spend some of the winter months! This condo was conveniently located near the town center and Fountain Lake yet tucked away in a smaller and quiet residential area. We enjoyed getting to know many of the other residents while we stayed for the month of January. The condo has a great layout with a split master plan and nice size living and dining area.

Everything was clean and neat upon our arrival. The owner was very responsive all through the booking, arrival, and departure process.

While in Fountain Hills, be sure to enjoy eating out at the "Wicked Six Bar & Grill" at Sun Ridge Golf Club" where they have live entertainment on the patio on Friday and Saturday evenings and other specials throughout the week. Other favorites were Euro Cafe and the American Sports Grill for lunch or dinner, both fountain side.

Other great outdoor adventures in the area include some amazing hiking trails, Saguaro Lake, the Dessert Botanical Museum, the Japanese Friendship Gardens. If shopping is your thing, there is no shortage of amazing shops in nearby Scottsdale.

We highly recommend this property if you plan to visit Fountain Hills.
