Sit on the main balcony and watch the boat traffic sail by and hear the waves gently crashing on Little Cruz Bay beach. The kitchen is fully furnished, has stainless steel appliances and granite counter tops. The master bedroom has a king size bed. The upstairs loft bedroom has a queen bed and a twin bed making it ideal for families. There are three balconies - one off the main living area, one off the upstairs bedroom and one off the master bedroom.

Beach chairs, beach towels and coolers are provided for you to enjoy.

There is a tropically landscaped pool to enjoy after your busy day at the beach.

There are washers and dryers available for guests to use at no charge.

Des and Susan live in the Northern Virginia suburbs of Washington DC. Susan is originally from the Northern Virginia area and works in IT, Des is originally from Manchester in the UK and works in commercial construction. They enjoy traveling, home improvement projects, Music, are fans of both professional & college football, love beaches & beach bars, and are both avid Wine enthusiasts.

Des and Susan first visited St John on a day trip from St Thomas in 2003. We fell in love with the island and after many visits decided to purchase our property there. After an extensive search we fell in love with Lavender Hill because of its charm, location close to town, and those wonderful views. Eventually we plan to spend more time in St John. Until then, we hope you enjoy our second home.

Additional Costs

•10% Government Hotel Tax
•3% administration charge if reservation is not paid in full at time of booking (no administration charge for reservations made by check)
•For stays of 5 nights or less, add an additional fee of $75 to the rental of a one-bedroom unit or $125 to the rental of a two-bedroom unit

•A 50% deposit is required to secure the reservation.
•The remainder is due 30 days (60 days for Christmas reservations) prior to arrival. Partial refunds are not available for early departures.
•Payments may be made by personal checks, business checks, travelers cheques, Visa or MasterCard.
•All Guests will be asked to review, sign and return our Rental Agreement to the Lavender Hill office.
