About Cassine Station Haven

From an early age, Karen was a regular beach lover, having lived close to the beach. Her experiences growing up included regular visits to the beaches along 30A.

I'm from the mid-west, so my exposure to the beach was limited to the Atlantic Ocean. After moving to Atlanta and meeting my wife to be, Karen took me to Seacrest Beach, for the introduction of a lifetime.

In 2006, Karen and I were married at Seaside Beach in the Wedding Pavilion on the beach. From that point we knew we wanted to own a beach home where we would retire.

Cassine Station #201, is our prize possession, our secret getaway and our future retirement destination. Our home is open to you, so you can experience what we experience at one of the most beautiful beaches in the world.

Why Cassine Station Haven chose Seagrove Beach

The furnishings are upscale, beds extremely comfortable and the shower is awesome.

Even better, the walk to the beach is a very relaxed walk across 30A and down a few steps to the beach level.

This condo is an excellent, child friendly, home away from home. It has a huge gourmet kitchen for entertaining large groups. The spacious accommodations are great for a large group wine tasting or family style dining.

What makes this condo unique

We love the layout and size that has room for a large family and friends. We frequently have friends accompany us to Cassine Station and have additional family and friends join us for dinner, drinks, movies and relaxation.

With an enormous balcony, huge living room and dining area, there is never a cramped feeling.

The kitchen is fully stocked for cooking and baking and has plenty of room for 4 - 5 people to help. Plenty of elbow room.

The master bathroom is spacious with an enormous soaking tub for a luxurious recovery from the long day at the beach.

Hey! It's me again Adriana. Today is my 2nd day in the condo and I'm still enjoying the place. It's a little cloudy out but were still going shopping. Sorry I didn't mention I was on spring break in the first note. I'm going to try to write in this all week. My mom ordered donuts in the morning.

All of my school friends at school probably aren't sitting on a couch as comfortable as this one! I'm so glad my mom picked this condo.

Hey, here's a funny story, On my family's way to Florida my cousin saw a guy that looked like Paul Walker and fell in love. Later we saw his truck and chased him. Her monkey toy waved at him earlier. But he didn't see.

great place.....awesome location....super value!

We have been coming over to The Santa Rosa Beach area for about 10 years. We have stayed in a lot of nice places but this is got to be one of our favorite places to stay. It is very comfortable, well equipped, spacious, and slept for 10 people easily. It has a great master suite, with two full/queen beds and then a bunk room. The floors are awesome and clean up easily. It is located right across from beach access near one Seagrove place. There are also several places within walking distance of here to eat and shop. Probably one of the most spectacular things about this condo unit is the porch. It has a wraparound porch that is awesome and has great views And you're able to people watch which is kind of cool at the beach. The fourth floor has great views for sunrise and sunset. We came over here for Thanksgiving and have a great time, we took our family Christmas picture up on the fourth floor and it was really good. We deafly want to come back and make him back over the Christmas holiday and perhaps for spring break. I would highly recommend this unit to anyone . I would also like to say that the owners are very responsive in tuned into the needs of their rental guests. It was truly a haven for us and our family.

Wonderful Vacation

My family of five loved the condo and Seagrove Beach. We were able to park the car and just enjoy the condo, beach, restaurants and the area in general. The condo is wonderful - very clean and spacious.

Feels like home

This is the 3rd time in 4 years we have rented this condo, so that alone should tell you something. It would have been 4 out of 4 years if someone hadn't already beat us to it. The condo has everything you need for an extended stay. You can cook every night or plenty of choices to eat nearby. Plenty of souvenir shops and a Publix not too far away to get essentials. You are close enough to Destin and Panama City Beach to drive over and spend the day. The location of this condo is just icing on the cake. I recommend this condo on any day of the week that my family doesn't have it booked!

Cassine Station is a small condo building which shares grounds with the quaint Cassine Garden subdivision in old Seagrove Beach, offering a touch of privacy with the convenience of a location right across the street from beautiful beaches.

Amenities at this Emerald Coast gem includes access to two pools, tennis courts, a grill area and a nature trail with a gazebo. Beach access is is easy and safe with a crosswalk over to the sugar-white sands at the edge of sparkling emerald waters. An outdoor shower at the beach access makes it easy to wash off sandy toes as you head back to the condo at Cassine Station.

The condo building has an elevator for easy unpacking and settling into your condos. Cassine Station is directly across the street from a bike path that connects all the beach communities on 30A for you to enjoy.

Damage Waiver Fee $45 + Tax

The non-refundable damage waiver fee insures the renter damage up to $1000. Any damages beyond $1000 the guest would be responsible to pay.
