Even better in the winter!
We stayed in this wonderful house this past summer and loved it. But it was even better last week when it was cold outside. The soaking tub in the bathroom was amazing and the two gas fireplaces made it very cozy. The beds are super comfortable with cozy soft blankets. Grocery shopping is 3 minutes away, as is town. It's a great location and a really comfortable house. The big flat screen TV offers lots of options, but I have to admit that we struggled to figure everything out. A cheat sheet would be helpful.
Comfortable, welcoming and well maintained
Loved the two gas fireplaces and the huge front porch. The home is stocked with all that anyone would need to enjoy a special stay in Newburyport.
Perfect stay !
We had a full house for 3 nights.
Everything was as described, but better.
Nice, quiet street.
The rental was very clean and well appointed.
Great bath tub and 2 showers.
Kitchen was well equipped for our needs.
Jill was available as needed.
A delightful stay.
Would do it again, without hesitation.
We just had a girl's weekend at Jill's wonderful home. We arrived at night and she had lights on, heat on and info available on how things worked. This house is clean as a whistle and the beds are soooooo comfortable. It is nicely decorated with bed linens and towels that are clean and comfy. We loved spending time on the front porch or in front of the fireplace in the living room. The homes are close together but the neighborhood is quiet and neighbors are friendly. Off street parking in the driveway is a plus. The drive to downtown Newburyport is short and easy. We will definitely go back. Thanks Jill!
Perfect Cottage in Newburyport
This charming cottage was perfect for our family of four adults and one child. The three bedrooms had very comfortable beds and plenty of closet space. The cottage is located on a quiet street yet it is a quick drive into the shopping/restaurant district. The decor was perfect and everything was well maintained and clean. There was plenty of room for all of us to find space to read or play checkers. I highly recommend this cozy bungalow in Newburyport.
