This was a great home to stay in with a great location. the front porch was great for b'fast.

The beds were very comfortable. We grilled our first night and had friends over for dinner. The home had everything we were looking for. We walked into downtown Newburyport and along the boardwalk. It was nice to stay in a regular neighborhood and be able to walk into town. I would highly recommend this house. The other families that stayed with us enjoyed it as much as we did.

Jill's property is beautiful and so well maintained! The neighborhood is very nice, too.

The house was very comfortable, and we lacked for nothing. The living room and dining area were large enough for 5 of us to sit and spend time together. The kitchen was very well equipped and perfect! The beds were also very comfortable. The front porch was awesome even on chilly October days!

The city of Newburyport is quaint and the shops are unique. The location is good for traveling up and down the coast.

We would highly recommend Jill's house! We really enjoyed our stay ... Glad your house was available Jill!

Beautiful house in a great location

We felt so at home in this house!

Spacious rooms, great kitchen but our favorite was the large front porch. Sat there many nights chatting with wine. Jill is a great host. Hope to stay here again someday.

Wonderful and relaxing place to unwind in a quiet neighborhood

  • 5 of 5

Once again, our family had a great time in this very charming house. It is close to downtown Newburyport and located in a quiet neighborhood.

Sitting on the front porch was a daily treat. We highly recommend Jill's house.

Wonderful stay in Newburyport

  • 5 of 5

We had a great two week stay at Jill's house. We had stayed in it the year before and re-entry was incredibly smooth. Everything is easy to run and her house works great for my family(2 kids one 20 and one 12). So everyone has different needs and desires. This house worked great with everyone. Having the house so close to Newburyport allows everyone to come and go as they please. My son attended the local YMCA camp in Rowley, MA and that was a success too. We are familiar with the area so we were able to visit all of our favorite restaurants and shops. Jill is a pleasure to work with. I would highly recommend renting this property.
