As we farm, our job is seven days a week. We wanted a property close where we could actually get to more than twice a year. It has all the year round hunting/fishing benefits of 'up North'. In the summer it is a dream vacation. Plenty of space right on the water.
What makes this Cottage unique
Views, views, views. We are surrounded by water. You never want to leave. But when you do you are walking distance to restaurants and the local boat launch. A ten minute drive will get you to other small towns with shops, restaurants and entertainment.

Very comfortable weekend
Absolutely wonderful time. 4 adults and 3 kids and each of us had a great time. Spacious and well organized house and unbelievable back yard. Lots of space in and out. We spend time fishing, canoeing and by bonfire. Kids loved movies in the evening while we played cards by large table in a dining space.

Awesome place to stay!
It was the perfect house for our fishing group. Plenty of room for all. It was really nice having two refrigerators and a mud room to put all our gear in. Only downside was that it was listed as having two fireplaces. When we got there, one of the house rules posted inside was that their was no use of fireplaces allowed.
Great home base for a fishing trip
Weather was rainy and very windy, so we fished from shore in the channel on the east side of the property. Caught 9 different species of fish which made for a great dinner. Considering returning next year with our sons.
Quiet retreat on Lake Poygan. The 1.3 acre property is surrounded by a creek. Excellent fishing year around. Lake Poygan is part of the Wolf River/Winnebago system. Take a short boat ride or drive to discover all the area has to offer. Quaint towns, local beaches and sand bars and great fishing. The property is also close to public hunting land and snow trails.

1.Deposit is due immediately to reserve rental and is refundable as long as nothing is damaged/rules not breached. 2. Breach of contract will result in eviction and loss of deposit/rental fees paid. Deposit does not act as down payment towards rental fee. 4. Rental fee is due 15 days prior to arrival. We will issue a full refund of deposit and rental fee if a cancellation is made 15 days or more before arrival date AND we can fill the vacancy. If not, only the deposit will be returned. 5. If tenant(s) fail to make payment by above date, the tenant will forfeit security deposit unless landlord is able to re-rent premises for the time covered by this lease agreement. 6. Tenants shall not sublet property. 7. Tenants shall not smoke inside. 8. Person/persons (Tenants) renting must be at least 25 years old or accompanied by a parent/guardian. The premises shall not be used as a living space for more than 10 persons, including children. 9. Tenant shall be responsible for all damages to property and/or furnishings. The cost of repairs shall be deducted from the security deposit prior to refund. Normal wear and tear accepted. 10. Tenant shall give landlord immediate notice of fire damage, electrical and/or plumbing problems, and any other conditions that require immediate attention or repair. Call Beth at 920-252-5225. 11. Landlords and/or agent may enter the premises to make necessary repairs (after informing tenants). 12. Rental property will not be available for use by tenant until 4pm on the first day of the rental period and vacated by 11am on the last day of the rental period. 13. Landlord shall not be liable for injury or damage to tenant or to any person who uses the premises, or be liable for damage to their property, unless such damage or injury results from negligence of the landlord. 14.Tenant(s) shall be responsible for all acts of tenant’s family, employees, guests and invitees. 15. Pets are strictly prohibited on the premises.
