6-Bedroom Tudor in the Downtown Historic District

Bedrooms 6
Space 3,000 sq. ft.
Property type house
Minimum Stay 3 - 6 nights

About the property

6 Bedrooms, 3 Full Bathrooms, Sleeps 12

This is a classic tudor with an art deco interior located in the East Avenues District of Salt Lake City. There is a small commercial vineyard on the property called Millcreek Estates. Located less than a mile from the center of downtown Salt Lake City, this home is in the perfect location for those who want to be downtown, yet stay in a real house instead of a cramped condo. There is a handmade oak spiral staircase that leads to the huge master en-suite bedroom that takes up the whole top floor. The entire home was just completely restored & renovated and has a modern, open feel while retaining its early 20th century classic appeal.

This is our premier home in our company and is the house that our company's owner lives in when he is in Salt Lake City. It is filled with his own antiques and unique art. There are two offices on the first floor and seating for 10+ people in the dining areas. Features a hot tub and free wifi.

About Cami

We are not a huge company that will treat you like a number. We are a small, family-run business and we take pride in our guest's comfort and satisfaction. We will try everything within reason to make our guests feel like they are at home in our vacation rentals. Our listings are up-front and honest, and we have no hidden fees whatsoever (this is rare in our industry). We have an abnormally-high amount of return guests, which is a testament to how well we take care of our homes and our customers. If anything about your stay isn't exactly as you want it, we're available 24 hours a day and we live nearby.

Why Cami chose The Avenues

I bought this home because of its proximity to the mountains, downtown Salt Lake City, and the major ski resorts. It is located in the heart of the historic district.

What makes this house unique

Located in the 'fancy' part of town on the property of the Avenues Vineyard, this house is extremely close to downtown. There are several restaurants and shops nearby, and two small parks within easy walking distance.

We have the best massage therapist in Salt Lake available to come to the house and give you a massage for a surprisingly-small cost. Note: This is the full time home of the owner of the company. So you will see some personal belongs. However you find plenty room for your personal items.

Perfect Home for Our Group

  • 5 of 5

We are a group of 9 and we attended a convention downtown while we stayed here. The home was located very close to the downtown area. Some of us walked and the rest of us took an Uber, which only cost a few dollars since the home is so close to the convention center. There was plenty of space for everyone and the beds were extremely comfortable. Superb host!

Wonderful Home!

  • 5 of 5

This home is very luxurious, to say the least. We'll be leaving this morning and I wish we could stay longer - this stay flew by! I would love to see the vineyard in the springtime since it looks gorgeous, even in the winter.

The house is much more spacious and spread out than we thought by looking at the pictures. All of the rooms are well-furnished with mostly antiques and unique things. The TV room was perfect for watching movies and the living room was a great social place for gathering together.

The best part about this place was either the neighborhood or the yard. Both made this place very special and we'll definitely be back next year.

Extremely luxurious

  • 5 of 5

This house made our jaw drop when we first walked in. It's like a museum with all of the artwork and the furnishings. Very high-end. All 6 Bedrooms were nice and the beds were comfortable. Kitchen was the nicest kitchen I've ever cooked in. Location is a very quiet neighborhood. We'll stay here again for sure!.

Fabulous house and host!

  • 4 of 5

This was a beautiful, renovated, well-maintained home. We felt taken care of before we even left our home in Virginia. The managers checked in with us about our plans, and the owner, Daniel, who met us at the house, was delightful. He was in constant contact with us, helped us acclimate and was so responsive to our every need and question. The bedrooms were sufficient and the kitchen and bathrooms were stunning! There were a six of us staying there, and we were very comfortable. We were happy to have recycling and composting available. The house is located in a gorgeous part of town, and was a quiet neighborhood.

The house was about 2.5 miles from our convention at the Salt Palace, so we took Lyft back and forth, which took about 10-15 minutes, and got expensive after fours days. We were told that the house was close to a bus stop, but the bus would have taken 45 minutes to an hour to arrive at Salt Palace, so just be aware that it is not a 10 or 15 minute bus ride.

If you arrive at night or get home after dark, there are no street lights, and the house is not well lit from the outside, so you need a flashlight or your cell phone to get in the door. The house number was not visible either. The lawn sprinkler out front is on a timer, so if you arrive late at night, you might get soaked. We would stay there again if it were closer to downtown.

Cozy home near everything

  • 5 of 5

My company rented this house because we had 4 guys in town for a trade show. It worked out very well. The house is in a nice residential area near downtown and is super quiet at night. The owner's were very friendly and accommodating. All things were exactly as described. Wonderful experience...would highly recommend.
