The rental was overall nice. It was located in a great place with easy access to stores, beaches, restaurants close by. The resort itself was very nice and nicely maintained. Although it is a tropical setting, the foliage and landscaping was fantastic!!!! It seemed that perhaps a smoker had lived there previously and/or that the room was trapping smells from the various plants nearby when we first entered. We must have gotten used to it as it was only something we discussed the first couple of days. However, when we had visitors over later in the week, they also commented on it. Although our stay was in late Sept, the stay would have been slightly more comfortable if the AC would have been more efficient. We mostly just ran the one in the bedroom, but there were days when the living area could have used some as well. That unit may need some upgrading assist with that.
