This is my home and it is exceptionally bright, clean, and inviting. Lots of original art. Lovely outdoor area with covered patio. If you love cozy, this is it.

Nice walking trails along the Salinas River. Pool and two parking spaces inside the gated area. Upscale interior with 10 ft ceilings and crown moulding ceiling and baseboards. Being this is my home, you will find anything you need for cooking or entertaining.

Very comfortable and homey atmosphere with a lovely outdoor sitting area.

This is the second time we have stayed here and just love it! I feel like this is my home away from home. It's very quiet and relaxing here, and I love to sit in the garden in the mornings and evenings when it's cool. Such a lovely place!

Came to Paso for a wedding. This place was awesome, very comfortable and homey. I would highly recommend if it fits your needs. Mary Ann is the ultimate host. Can't say enough good things. A wonderful place to stay while attending a beautiful wedding.

Excellent place in a great location

We liked this property a lot - nice, French Provencal style apartment in a quiet gated community. The apartment has a well stocked kitchen, nice patio where we had our breakfasts and dinners.

Location was ideal for us - very quiet, and at the same time surprisingly close to a shopping center with Albertsons (literally within 5 minutes walking distance) and within 15-20 minutes drive from most of our favorite wineries.

Mary Ann was very flexible with check in / check out time and procedure - the easiest checkout I had with any VRBO property.

Definitely would love to use this property again during our future visits.

Paso Robles is the HEART of San Luis Obispo wine country - recently named the 'Wine Region of the Year' by Wine Enthusiast magazine. The area is amazingly beautiful, rich in its authentic laid-back lifestyle, centered squarely on the food/wine scene, yet close to pristine Central Coast beaches, Hearst Castle, the ultimate beach town lost in time (Cayucas), Morro Bay with its fresh fish markets, San Luis Obispo with it's quaint and historic downtown and CalPoly ... and the list goes on. We're sort of the best kept secret! All this within a 30 - 40 minute drive.

Ask me about the 200+ wineries in the area as my daughter owns Central Coast Food Tours and we do food and wine tours throughout Paso Robles and the SLO/Edna Valley area. I am a professional caterer doing special events for the wineries and my daughter's food tours. I have tons of info. on the area and am only too happy to share!

We are also offering corporate packages that include rental of the apartment and private wine or food tours. Our other property we use for corporate events is listing #153768 - this is a large 4 bedroom estate.
