-Bedroom two has queen bed and two bunk beds plus private bathroom.
-Second floor also has washer and dryer.
Sea Cliffs is steps from organic grocery, bakery, restaurants, bars, bike rentals, ice cream shop, and liquor store! Park your car once you arrive and there's no need to get back in it until your vacation is over.
FYI (based on consistent inquiries):
-Sea Cliffs does not have a community pool; rather we keep a large open back yard, shared among all units. Plenty of room for kiddos to run off energy...
-Our unit is two main floors with an additional basement walk-out (seen in photos). The basement walk-out is a fully contained owner's residence. We do not reside there when the main home is occupied by renters.
Our home is most ideal for:
-Families with children
-Grandparents and grandchildren (note: stairs are required to access bedrooms)
Ride your bike on a safe path for miles and miles to all that 30A has to offer, including Seaside, Watercolor and Grayton Beach.

About Jimmy and Ross
Generations-old beach family was Nashville-based for many years and has just become full-time residents of the Emerald Coast again! Because this is our only rental property, we manage the listing and the home ourselves. We pride ourselves on being organized and simple with your booking, then keeping the cleanest beach home you will ever stay in!

Why Jimmy and Ross chose Santa Rosa Beach
Blue Mountain Beach couldn't be more perfect. Families wander by foot and bike, friendly dogs greet visitors, no one cares if original cinder block cottages sit next to Mike Huckabee's mega-mansion, and everybody loves everybody on the beach.
What makes this Townhome unique
This particular townhome, while just steps from the beach, has a large green backyard and everyone can meander from the house to the beach without any roads or public areas. Less than 100 yards across a very quiet street in front of our home are all the conveniences you need: -fresh bakery -organic grocery (the only one within miles) -bike, kayak and paddle board rentals -several restaurants and bars -a gas station, convenience store, and music venue -a souvenir shop -and yes.... the neighborhood ice cream shoppe! Did we mention it's all within steps from the front door? Uber from the airport and never need a car.

Great place to relax!
Ross is a great "host" and everything was as described. Good views of the ocean from the balcony and a very short walk to an awesome beach. Great location where you can walk in either direction on the beach and get to a costal dune lake in about 20 minutes!
Our second stay at Sea Cliffs 10 was (again) wonderful. We love this place and Jimmy and Ross are exceptional hosts. Booking trip 3 soon.
Gets better every time
This was our 3rd time staying here and it was better than ever. The weather was perfect, some new restaurants in the area to try, and the accommodations were amazing. We cooked in the kitchen several days and it had everything we needed and more. I can't rate the TV as we didn't turn them on for an entire week. Can't wait to do it all again.
Fantastic property...close to all my favorite spots on 30A
We will be back!!!...Ross was great and made sure to check up with us and made sure we didn't need anything...he also helped me out after losing a key. Clean...everything is decorated with nice artwork etc...Thanks!!
Clean, Artsy, pet-friendly and stocked with all the amenities of home
We had a wonderful experience at this beautiful townhome. It always feels like home and has all the amenities necessary for your beach vacation. A very short walk to beach and fabulous bakery!!! My two small dogs are able to enjoy a vacation with their people, which is important in my book. The owners are great and very accommodating and are eager to help with anything you need. We look forward to our return.
