With three bedrooms and three baths (two bedrooms downstairs are communicated by a outside stairwell to the master bedroom, kitchen, dining room and living room upstairs), the 1800 square-foot villa is perfect for both large and small groups. Reverse living affords views of the ocean with the master bedroom, kitchen, dining room and living room upstairs and two bedrooms downstairs.
