Brass Rail is one of Tybee's newer luxury gated complexes on the south end. There is on site security and offers 2 covered parking spots, elevators, 2 pools, and a hot tub. Property is 100 yards from beach and pier and convenient to many shops and restaurants.

The unit offers bamboo floor in living areas and bedrooms and tile in bathrooms. The kitchen has granite countertops and stainless steel appliances. Pots, pans, silverware and dishes are provided. Dining table seats 6 and there are 3 bar stools at the granite counter. Unit is tastefully furnished and offers WiFi and a sleeper sofa. Balcony offers rocking chairs and a dining table.

Beds: 1 king, 1 queen, 2 twins, sofa bed

The master bedroom has a king size bed and offers a television. Master bathroom has a shower, jetted tub and his/her vanities. One guest bedroom has a queen size bed and the other has 2 twin beds. All bedrooms have a television and one has a DVD player. There is a second bathroom off of the guest bedrooms and a half bath in the common hall area. The unit is clean and nicely furnished.

The unit is reserved for family vacations ONLY. No large parties or prom groups allowed. The minimum age requirement to rent this property is 25. No pets and no smoking.

Perfect for Girls Weekend

We visited In late September for a low-key bachelorette party. The condo was more spacious than we were expecting. It was more than enough room for 5 girls to stay, and we could have had a few more stay comfortably! The condo was very clean and accommodating. It is very close to the beach, as well as restaurants, shops, etc. We hardly needed a car. Absolutely great location on Tybee Island! Tonya was very attentive and quick to get back to us regarding questions. I would definitely recommend this condo and would stay there again!

Gorgeous Condo

This condo is gorgeous, very clean, and spacious. We were two families staying here and the seven of us had plenty of room and privacy when wanted. Loved that the beach was so close and having the pools was a great alternative in the afternoon when the beach gets crowded. Bike rentals, beach shops, places to eat, all within walking distance, although there are some restaurants on the north side of island. Coco's Sunset Grill was very good. Savannah is only 25 minutes away and a must see when visiting here. The only reason I did not give this place 5 stars would be the following: When we arrived in the evening on Saturday, there were no sheets for the sofa bed. Since it was late my son had to use the spare blankets and make do for the night. I called Tonya the next day and she apologized and had them sent over quickly. We did do some cooking and there were no spices on hand to use except salt and pepper. There is an IGA a few blocks away, but the store is out dated and lacking in many things. I would suggest you stop at Publix on the way into Tybee to get your food and supplies. It also would have been nice to have beach chairs and an umbrella and not have to rent or buy them. That being said, these were minor inconveniences. We had a great time there and I would still recommend this place to anyone wanting to visit Tybee Island

This is our 3rd or 4th stay at Brass Rail. We certainly enjoy each visit to Tybee.

Brass Rail is well maintained with two nice pools and covered parking. I really like not having to keep up with keys. There's something nice about not having to constantly check where they are now. Just punch a few numbers for access to the property, pools or your unit.
