Love this house! So happy to see it's back!!
Mother [70-ish] & I stayed here in 2012 - the VRBO calendar would not allow me to pick our actual date.
We looked to return last year & it wasn't listed. Perhaps there is a new management team? No matter, the house is lovely! Comfortable, clean and it is in a GREAT location. Upon arrival we parked & only moved once for the street sweeper. We were able to walk to almost all of the squares from this house - probably could have done more if we stayed longer. [we had Tara for 4 or 5 days] LOVE this history of the house. The decor is just like the photos, lovely! 55+ if you can do the stairs, it's well worth it. There's a powder room on the main floor, so you really only use the stairs when you shower & go to bed. It has something a lot of homes in the area are missing - a LOVELY front garden!! You can sit on the front porch, view the street, yet enjoy privacy - quiet mornings & evenings. Walking distance to eateries & Kroger grocery store - if you only need to pick up a bag or two. For sure it's a VRBO favorite for us!
