Charming Garden level one bedroom apartment on the east side of Savannah's Historic Landmark district, facing Crawford Square. Spacious (900 sq ft) open layout offers all the comforts of home, except in the most beautiful city in America! Easy walking distance to River Street, shopping, restaurants, and Colonial Park Cemetery. Our amenity laden home includes tile floors, central air, fireplace with gas logs, one bedroom, comfortable full bath with standard size tub shower combo with grab bars, all on one floor. Other amenities include washer and dryer, ceiling fans and use of a gated courtyard garden.<br><br>

You are sure to enjoy the comfort and beauty of this conveniently located home in Savannah`s beautiful historic district. Take advantage of Savannah`s reputation as a top ten walking city with walking access to all the best Savannah Squares, including in our own front yard updated Crawford Square, with a charming gazebo and a sunken area (great for dogs) with an original city cistern. This is a prime position within the historic district just two blocks from Owens Thomas and Davenport House Museums and three historic theatres as well as Broughton Street shopping. This tasteful replica of a federal style home features artwork by many well-known contemporary Savannah artists as well as a comfortable mix of traditional and modern.<br><br>

The living room has a Queen size sleeper sofa, accent chair, loveseat and a breakfast table with additional seating. It also has a working fireplace with gas logs, a flat screen cable TV, and a Blu-ray DVD player. The fully equipped galley kitchen offers a smooth top stove with self-cleaning oven, refrigerator with filtered ice and water, along with a microwave, dishwasher and coffee maker. The bedroom has a pillow-top king size bed and ceiling fan, plus a large closet and two bureaus. There is a full size washer and dryer and a full size ironing board and iron for your convenience. The fenced and beautifully landscaped courtyard has tables and chairs ideal for enjoying your morning coffee, an evening cocktail or some outdoor time with your favorite pet.<br><br>

No smoking is allowed inside our home or in the courtyard as we maintain a smoke-free environment.<br><br>

Please also note that the property owner lives upstairs, so if you are coming to Savannah to party late into the night, this is not the place for you. We are located in a quiet residential neighborhood far enough away from the hustle and bustle of River Street and City Market but all of that is a short, pleasant walk away. Property owners are a well-known artist and a designer, each living in Savannah for over 15 years. They are available to provide advice about local amenities and events or arrive with your plans complete and enjoy your stay. WiFi access available.<br><br>

One block in from Price Street with its convenient bike lane. Crawford Square has a lovely gazebo and a great area for dogs. Nearby Colonial Park Cemetery is nice for a stroll and has an adjacent playground. Nearby restaurants include a four star French restaurant one block south and a Jersey style pizza joint two blocks north in a plaza with a sushi restaurant as well as hair salon/ chiropractor/ etc. in Crawford Square Plaza two blocks north. Only a short walk away from River Street, restaurants, art galleries, theaters and bars, as well as Parker's Gourmet Store and Gas Station which is open 24/7.<br><br>
