Welcome to Kona Isle #C22. We are the new owners of this unit and have completely remodeled our lovely 1 bedroom, 1 bath home with tasteful, island-style furniture and art, new appliances, granite countertops in the kitchen and bath. It is located on the second floor, in a cool, quiet part of this friendly, 74-unit, tranquil, oceanside complex with a partial ocean and lovely garden view from our lanai. Our new Hawaiian home is fully stocked with all conveniences and has new appliances, cookware, utensils, etc. There is a nice pool and barbecue area on the west facing shore which is wonderful for watching sunsets, dolphins and whales. Onsite free parking is available and shopping and the town is within two miles. This is a great location for exploring the Big Island of Hawaii. Within a few miles there is a fantastic snorkeling spot, Kahalu'u Beach Park. It is an easy, 45-minute drive north to the beautiful beaches in the Waikoloa area. Ocean activities are available at nearby Keauhou Bay, Kailua Bay, or Honokohau Harbor. Kilauea Volcano, waterfalls, and botanical gardens are located north and east of Kailua-Kona approximately 90 miles away with beautiful, scenic drives. Tours can also be booked at the resort adjacent to Kona Isles.

About the owner: Our family has visited the Big Island regularly over the past 30 years and it was our dream to have our own home when we retired. We were privileged to be able to purchase this Kona Isle Unit and be able to remodel and upgrade it to enjoy it as our very comfortable Hawaiian home. We look forward to sharing it with you.
