This was a beautiful resort! Very clean, relaxing atmosphere, quiet location and friendly staff. The option of free shuttle to town for timeshare guests is a great benefit. We did the optional all inclusive for the second half of the trip which was a great way to enjoy some meals in town for the first half of the trip. But be prepared to stop at Walmart for a few things or pay a premium for a la carte items during any days you are not all inclusive. Breakfast at World Café was exceptional. I would definitely recommend saying "no thanks" to the timeshare sales reps in the lobby. It is rarely worth the time and hassle to receive discounts on excursions. If you want a fun excursion, we went to Wild Canyon and rode UTVs. My 17 year old loved it! Renting from this owner was a very positive experience. He was exceptional in all aspects of the transaction and arrangements. Naattaly in the timeshare office was a wonderful host making sure the trip was great!
This is a beautiful resort with a fantastic setting! The staff is exceptionably friendly and accommodating.
The location is ideal for a quiet vacation yet close enough to town if you want to experience night life. We did the "all-inclusive" but we did not get to dine at the French restaurant or the Italian restaurant because they require the men to wear long pants. I found this very odd as I have been to many Cabo resorts and the men can wear shorts everywhere else I have been.
Other than that, I would recommend this location for a family vaction and a relaxing getaway.
The accommodations were great, exactly as described on the site. The restaurants were great, and there was a nice variety. We did the all inclusive option and it was worth it! The pools were very nice and the beachfront ideal.
Beautiful accommodations and friendly clean resort. Service was excellent as was the selection of dining opportunities. The French and Italian restaurants were fantastic. The all-inclusive option is a great deal so long as you use it. There is a free shuttle that runs into Cabo but it's on a set schedule and we found it more convenient to just take a taxi to our excursions. Highly recommend using a pre-booked driver service (we used Brown's) to/from airport. Our transfer was absolutely pain-free. There are folks that will ask you to sit for timeshare presentations but they weren't overly pushy if you just say 'no thanks.'
Great spring break vacation!
Our family had a great time at Dreams Los Cabos during spring break 2014. Resort is very nice and well maintained by the staff. Dreams is located between Cabo San Lucas and San Jose del Cabo on a nice stretch of beach. Resort is laid out very well with the main pool in the middle beachfront and the adult pool on the side away from the main pool's activities. We did not get the all-inclusive package but had several good meals at the resort's restaurants. We had a beachfront suite that was a nice size with a kitchen area and a large balcony off the living area and smaller one off the bedroom. Nearby activities include snorkeling at Chileno Bay, surfing (San Jose del Cabo) and fishing. We saw migrating whales several times off the beach. We really had no complaints with the resort, service or amenities. We took advantage of the free shuttle several times to Cabo San Lucas to shop and eat. Great week in Cabo!
