3 bedroom, 2.5 bath, private home located on a quiet tropical cul-de-sac just steps to the beach. Located on the East end for easy access to the Causeway. No traffic here! We purchased this great home in 2013 and have added new furniture and mattresses. There are even new pillows for your use. Beach towels and chairs provided for your enjoyment. Heated in-ground pool in a large screened in enclosure; large lanai upstairs over looking a tropical setting. Master bedroom (king) on first floor with large walk-in closet and spacious master bath. Two guest bedrooms located upstairs; one with a queen bed and the other with two twin beds. Wi Fi. Bikes included. Tennis. Just steps to the deeded beach access. Boat dock included across the street (up to 30' boat).

A Wonderful Stay

We just finished a month-long stay in this lovely, spacious light-filled home, and we loved our time there. The house is very large and extremely comfortable. The mattress on the king bed in the master bedroom was heavenly! The enclosed deck spans the rear of the home and is equipped with all the furniture you need for carefree outdoor living. Proximity to the beach Is fabulous--just across the street and down a deeded beach path. The owners could not have been nicer; they treated us like family, even sharing updates they received from Dish TV and Sanibel traffic alerts.

seeking sun and warmth

A very beautiful and comfortable home with a great pool and relaxing hot tub. We seem to live on the two story lanai which was off the LR, MBR, and DR on the main level, perfect for relaxing, reading and having dinner "outside" as well as next to the pool and hot tub on the lower level. The owners were thoughtful, helpful and extremely responsive to any questions we had, and even left us a notebook full of ideas of how to spend time on beautiful Sanibel Island. A very short walk to the lovely beach was easy, and there were beach chairs and beach towels ready for our use. A tennis court next door, used only by the few homes in the cul de sac, and the private dock on the canal across the street for fishing were both big hits with our visiting grandchildren, not to mention the biking on the miles of biking trails all over the island. Just a perfect getaway from the winter up north, and on the preferred east end of the island near the causeway. We have already made our reservation for 2016!!!
