Fabulous South Padre Island lets you enjoy a bit of Paradise. Located on the Gulf of Mexico, your pleasure begins with gorgeous sunrises from your balcony or bedroom and continues with ocean delights to glorious sunsets.

This 2 bedroom condo is perfect for a week-long vacation or retreat, offering relaxing, fun-filled water activities from fishing to parasailing, topped off with great seafood in nearby restaurants.

Newly-remodeled Condo 806's master bedroom features a King-size bed, double sink dressing area, a tiled, walk-in shower, and a flat-screen TV. The second bedroom has 2 double beds with a TV. All linens are provided.

The renovated kitchen has granite counter tops, refinished cabinets, a new stove and microwave, dishwasher, and a washer and dryer. Other amenities include cable TV, internet, and a gated parking area.

The dining area features a table for 6 and a bar with 3 stools. The living room seats 7 comfortably with a flat-screen TV.

The grounds have 2 pools, a Jacuzzi, tennis courts, children's playground, Lanai, and fitness room/equipment.

Wonderful condo on the beach with great views!

We loved our stay at this condo. There was plenty of room for everyone to relax and do their own things. The views are amazing and peaceful. Our four year old loved the pools and the beach. Very short walk to the beach. We had a blast looking for sand crabs at night. We would highly recommend staying here.

The condo was very roomy and beautiful. We loved how updated it was. It was our first time in Ocean Vista and will not be our last. We wished that we could have rented the umbrella & chairs for our stay.

This was our first time to use VRBO and what an excellent experience. The condo and property exceeded our expectations. When you first arrive, there are luggage carts and shopping carts easily accessible to help get your belongings to the condo and the elevator is fast. The condo itself is very well stocked with essentials -- cooking utensils, etc. The washer and dryer was essential for us traveling with small children. We were able to enjoy the beach and the pools were great. On Thursday and Fridays during the summer there are fireworks and that you can see from the breezeway. We will definitely stay here again.

Great Condo!

We were very happy with this very updated, well appointed condo. We stay in VRBO places very often and this condo and property exceeded our expectations. Beds were comfy, furniture was very nice and the kids were happy with good WiFi.

Hubby and I recently stayed here with our 2 kids (14 and 10). Beautiful views with short walk to beach. Comfortable furnishings and well stocked kitchen (pots, pans, utensils, etc). Excellent communication with the owner, Carolyn. Only recommendations would be to have iron & ironing board and DVD player available. Highly recommend this condo and hope to stay here again soon!

Better than advertised

My family and I just stayed a week here and it was great! It was clean, with nice furniture and bedding, and kitchen utensils and appliances. View was spectacular of the gulf as well.

Pool, hot tub, was as advertised, and the beach was great with soft sandy bottom and lots of room for kids to play!
