This 2600 sq. Ft. 5 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms home is situated in a sought-after, peaceful, family beach community and fully furnished and equipped with every upgraded amenity you need for a relaxing vacation or longterm executive stay.
As our guests, you are welcome to all of its and the community’s benefits: beautiful swimming pool and spa, children’s play equipment, volleyball court and barbecue areas. We have beach chairs, wagon, boogie boards, indoor and other outdoor toys for fun in the great weather.
The pool, spa, and playground are only 4 houses down the street but you can't hear any noise from our house.
You’ll fall in love with the highly desirable location of this home ideally situated across the road from Carlsbad State Beach. Carlsbad beaches are consistently rated among the best family beaches in the U.S.A., and provide plenty of opportunities for family fun in the sun or reigniting romance.
The community is west of iI5, only minutes from the Poinsettia Rd. exit. The nearest Coaster train station is a short 10 minute walk from our house through a side gate from the community. The Coaster gets you to adjacent beach towns and downtown San Diego in no time, and connects with Amtrak. We are also ten minutes from regional Palomar airport with direct service to LAX and plenty of space for private planes.
A convenient shopping center with a large Ralph's grocery store, Starbucks, hardware and 24-hour drug store, restaurants, small markets and shops is only a few minutes walk or short drive away.
We are only 1.5 miles from the town life of quaint Carlsbad village and 3 miles from the adorable beach town of Encinitas. Under 5 miles to Legoland, Sea Life aquarium and the famous Carlsbad Outlet mall with it’s 90 name brand stores and restaurants. Under 30 minutes into San Diego to enjoy the world famous San Diego Zoo, Balboa Park, famous Harbor attractions and night life; and 1 hour to Disneyland.
Complete remodel completed in April 2017. 5 bedrooms (1 downstairs), 3 full baths, formal and informal living and dining areas, outdoors dining, modern kitchen with adjacent family area, upstairs bonus living area, laundry and a fireplace for cozy nights.
Kitchen is stocked with all the small appliances and cookware and serveware you will need to feel at home, and the house is filled with many amusements for indoor fun: 3 flatscreen televisions, blue ray player, board games, books, wii game system, cable/Apple tv and more.
Comfortably sleeps 12 as follows: 1 king bed, 2 double beds, 4 twin beds 1 double fold out.
Our home has new, more comfortable furnishings than in these pictures (new photos to come) and in a manner that will surround you in the serene beach ambience you expect and deserve.
This is a wonderful family neighborhood of lovely and thoughtful residents. We do not rent to groups of unattached persons, weddings or house parties, or anyone else who might disturb this family and kid-friendly neighborhood. Any fines assessed by our home owner's association for disturbances or infractions we will pass along to renters. Although the home sleeps 12 or more, we prefer to limit guests to a maximum of 8-10. We prefer to rent to single families or related persons. Our garage parks two cars with an additional two in the driveway, according to homeowners association policies.
Available for rentals of MINIMUM 30 days to 9 months. Price MAY be negotiable for extended lease.

Cancellations: 60 days prior to arrival incurs 25% of monthly rental fee, 30 days prior incurs 50% of monthly rental fee, 21 days or less entire monthly rental fee is due (minus cleaning fee).
60-days or more: full monthly payment due 1st of month.
Owner's cancellation policy:
50% refund for cancellations more than 7 days before check-in date.
100% refund for cancellations more than 14 days before check-in date.
