You are renting TWO apartments out of the THREE apartments that Casa Paula Villa has. WHICH IS COMPLETELY SEPARATE FROM THE THIRD APARTMENT WITH PRIVACY.

Listing (VRBO) 556437: will be the THIRD apartment (4 bedrooms/2 bathrooms). WHICH IS COMPLETELY SEPARATE FROM THE REST.

THIS LISTING: You are renting TWO apartments; The small apartment located in the REAR of the house is rented TOGETHER with the SECOND FLOOR apartment. The REAR and SECOND FLOOR apartment connect in the private parking area. You will have access to the REAR and SECOND floor apartments thru the LEFT white garage door (see pictures of the front of the villa).

SECOND FLOOR APARTMENT:

TWO BEDROOMS: Master Bedroom has a queen bed. In the second bedroom a full size bunk bed and in the living room a full size sofa bed whit A/C. The apartment has hotel quality fresh linens, and plenty of pillows and blankets. Each room has a closet and A/C. Comfortably accommodates 6 people.

ONE BATHROOMS: One fully equipped bathroom and an outside shower for when you come from the beach. Fresh towels as well.

Kitchen: Is completely equipped (new from November 2013). The kitchen has: 36 inches refrigerator, microwave and oven (everything is stainless steel).

BALCONY: The living area is connected with one big door that gives access to the balcony. From the balcony you can see all Mc Leary Street, is great for a BBQ, have some drinks, washing the nice view of Ocean Park or simply seat and relax.

Living Room: Has a 51 inches TV whit air conditioner and sofa bed full size.

PARKING: 2 private parking's, back to back. **NO BIG VANS**

Cable and WIFI Broadband internet.

REAR APARTMENT FIRST FLOOR:

ONE BEDROOM: Master Bedroom has a queen bed. The apartment has hotel quality fresh linens, and plenty of pillows and blankets. The room has a closet and A/C. Comfortably accommodates 2 people in the bedroom and in the living room 2 people in the sofa bed full size.

ONE BATHROOM: One fully equipped bathroom and an outside shower for when you come from the beach. Fresh towels as well.

Kitchen: Is completely equipped.

Living Room: Has a FULL size SOFA BED (Comfortably accommodates 2 people for sleep) whit A/C and a 42 inch TV.

ACCESSORIES:

Air conditioner everywhere in the house.

Cable and WIFI Broadband internet.

PROPERTY DESCRIPTION: Casa Paula Villa was renovated and upgraded by professional architect in October of 2013 and November 2015. The property is a two-story house, divided in THREE APARTMENTS with great privacy for each apartment.

Ask the owner for larger groups.

Cancellation Policy: If Guest wishes to cancel his/her reservation, the deposit will be refunded as follows:

- 100 % if canceled 30 days prior to the Check-in Date

- In case of a storm or hurricane No refunds will be given.

Is mandatory to purchase traveler insurance.

LOCATION: Casa Paula Villa is located in 'Ocean Park', a beach neighborhood in the metro area known for being a “walking distance” community. Casa Paula is located in Ocean Park, Mc Leary Street, which is the main road of Ocean Park. The most visited beach in Puerto Rico is steps away from the house, is one of the most known beaches in the Caribbean for wind surfers, kite surfers, surfers, and all kinds of water sports. In the same street, “walking distance” are numerous restaurants, as: Kasalta Bakery (one of the most famous bakeries of PR), Mangos (restaurant during the day and in the evenings is a pub, great place for drinks), B de Burro (Mexican food), Bagua (Puertorrican food), Pizza Cone (Pizza) among others. Also in the same road you will find: surf shop, bike shops, gas station and groceries store. The back street is the famous St. Loiza. You will find all kinds of restaurants, Walgreens and all types of shops. (In the attached photos you will see more in detail the location of the house and everything mentioned above.)

In other words, you do not need a car. You can bike, there are many shops near by where you can rent, (20 steps of the house)… ;) At night, Ocean Park is a neighborhood where you can walk and see a lot of people on their bikes, walking, skating and doing exercise.

By car the house is: 10min. from Old San Juan, 5min.from Isla Verde, 10min. from Piñones, 10min. from the airport Luis Munoz Rivera, 90min. from Rincón, 40min. from Fajardo and 60min. from Ponce.

I am Head Coach of a Triathlon Team in Puerto Rico, as an ex-elite athlete I know the joy that brings walking out from your home and mounting your bike or just putting your tennis shoes and take a run. Ocean Park brings the quality of life that I look for my family and me. Is an urban style, beach community where is almost a fact that everybody wears shorts, flip-flops or have a skate board or a bike on hand. Working as a professor in the University and as a doctoral student I have traveled and met people that have been looking for a good, comfortable, accessible place to have a great vacation in the Caribbean, that is one of the reason that inspired me to have this property.

The place was in a great location, centrally located to great restaurants, the beach(, and not far from any of the major sites of interest. The place in general was exactly how it is listed. The owners were very helpful, great with communicating in a timely manner. I would most definitely recommend this place.

Nice apartment in convenient location

Our group of friends stayed in the two apartments for 5 days. The place was clean and well kept, the pictures are accurate. I wish there was a table or seating area in the outdoor space where both apartments meet as only the large apartment has a terrace. I would suggest adding more kitchenware because it's very limited and beach items such as chairs, umbrellas and a cart to transport these items since the house is so close to the beach. All in all, everything was great and we enjoyed the convenient location.

Wonderful family experience

Having two unit for a large group was so nice people could nap or make something to eat without everyone being crowded, The places were very clean and very well decorated loved the wall map! Close to the beach, shopping and eating places. Would definitely book this again

Just as describe do. Perfect fit for a large group. Pleasant stay there overall! Love Casa Paula!

Went to Puerto Rico for my nephews wedding which was in Condado and we rented Casa Paula! Description of the property was exactly as described. We rented the rear and upstairs apartments which sleeps 10, but it was more than enough room for 10+ people. Property is well kept and upscale. Plenty of air conditioning in each room and the place was very clean. Especially enjoyed that there was private parking with remote gate, very secure. (Be careful choosing size of vehicle though, the space is a little narrow but doable for seasoned drivers) Very secure. Rafael was always there to answer my phone calls. My family had a blast and would definitely rent again.

Great but not for 10 adults!!!

Overall our experience was great. We had a group of 6 adults and 2 preteens which was just right for the 2 apartments. However just be aware there is NOT enough room to accommodate 10 adults. The communication was great, availability was great, and location great. This was our 2nd visit so we loved the proximity to the restaurants and the beach, plus the yoga studio next door. The security was also great and we loved the patio. It is a 1.4mile walk to the heart of the strip which we made 2 to 3 times a day just fine but for some may be too much. Overall I would stay again in a heartbeat loved our time there.

For future guests: regarding Stacy's perception of the property not accommodating 10 guests: Since you read our listing for the first time you have all the information required to decide if the accommodation are right for your party. We clearly describe amount of beds, rooms and size of beds. We rely that potential guests read our description, they also have the opportunity to ask us in their inquires if they do have any doubt. Once you reserve you also have the opportunity to read it in our Rental Agreement. After 3 years of renting, we have never had any complains about accommodating 10 people. Guests parties could consist of friends, family, couples, some sleep together and some don't so please consider that our listing description is accurate. You have a map prior to renting that exhibits our location. It will all depend in what Stacy considers what is the heart of the strip. Again thank you for staying with us. Alexandra

AMAZING PROPERTY

This was a place for my best friend's bachelorette party and it was absolutely amazing. It's only a block away from the beach and about 10 minutes for everywhere we wanted to go. The owners were super responsive, friendly, and very professional. I would definitely come back and rent this apartment again!
