Luxurious two bedroom one bath, one level unit with an additional ¾ 'beach' bath in a well located two unit luxury building with just one block from the ocean, beach, general store and Carriage House Restaurant. June 2014 complete renovation with all new interior furnishings and finishes. Spacious design features open concept island kitchen, dining and living room with wood burning brick fireplace. Delightful 3-season sun room with wicker furniture with direct access to a semi-private, over-sized exterior deck with teak furnishings, beautiful flowers and a Weber gas grill. Beautifully appointed interior is new, relaxed, clean and spotless and features central air conditioning. Beautifully landscaped grounds with an available two car garage (long term only). Your chance to rent a meticulously kept home in the exclusive Jenness Beach area of Rye in the quiet neighborhood of Myrica Avenue. There is a seven (7) day minimum stay period between June 25, 2016 and September 3, 2016 - no exceptions. There is a three (3) day minimum stay period between June 1, 2016 and June 25, 2016 and for the period of September 3, 2016 to October 15, 2016 - no exceptions.

The Jenness Beach of Rye area is one of the most exclusive vacation areas that New Hampshire has to offer. The home is newly renovated and furnished (June 2014) and it makes for a very comfortable stay with many amenities including central air conditioning, outside deck and flat screen TVs (Samsung). The access to the beach is one block North or South of Myrica Avenue and an easy walk to the Carriage House Restaurant and the Rye General Store and Restaurant. Beach Haven is ideally located to access all that the New Hampshire coast has to offer. Deep sea fishing or whale watching activities can be found at Rye Harbor located just minutes away. Historic downtown Portsmouth offers multiple restaurants and cultural activities such as The Portsmouth Music Hall, Seacoast Repertory Theater and Prescott Park Music Festivals to name just a few. Rentals are a seven (7) day minimum (no exceptions) between June 25, 2016 and September 3, 2016 and they run Saturday to Saturday. There is a four (4) day minimum stay between May 27, 2016 and June 25, 2016 and there is a four (4) day minimum stay between September 3, 2016 and October 15, 2016.
