About Owner / Property Manager

I've used VRBO frequently, so when I bought this property, I knew what guests were looking for. I spent months renovating the insides to open it up for entertaining with 40' flat screen TVs, FULL kitchens and granite counter tops. Brand new furnishings in all 6 units with high quality king beds, couches so you don't wake up with a sore back or slide to the center of the couch. Wifi and flat screens in each bdrm allow you to escape and relax.

Notes:
because there are only 6 units, the condos are perfect for the romantics or reunions or families could rent the entire building ! A car is really optional when you consider that the property is located within walking distance from everything you could possibly want. Additionally there is the Jolly Trolley and the free beach ride service to get you to places a little farther away.

Nice place, but faulty plumbing. BEWARE!

As three working men who travel a lot, we don't need much more than clean beds and a kitchen in which we can cook eggs before hitting the road each morning. This place fit the bill nicely and we enjoyed it... That is until the shower began to back up on the day we were checking out, and the owner handled it very poorly. In spite of notes EVERYWHERE in the apartment (many of which were about the temperamental plumbing), the owner had not provided us with his telephone number, so when the shower backed up I emailed him immediately to let him know. Due to a heavy travel and work schedule, I didn't read his reply until a few days later, and I was furious! He accused us of flushing feminine articles down his toilets (there were only men in our group) as well as other things like paper towels and facial wipes (we are not the type of men who use "facial wipes"). The numerous notes tacked throughout the apartment made it very obvious that the place had plumbing problems, so no, we didn't flush anything other than the toilet paper provided. The owner informed me (not very nicely) that since I had purchased the insurance I was lucky and wouldn't be charged. He then warned me not to deny flushing inappropriate items if the insurance company should call me for a statement, because after all, how could I know for sure what the other two men flushed when I was not looking. Maybe this guy is just trying to get his pipes fixed ion someone else's dime, or maybe he really believes three guys were there flushing feminine products and facial wipes just to sabotage his place. In either event, I am not accustom to such disrespectful treatment from a host when all I did was try to give him a heads up that his plumbing problem seemed to have returned. We won't be back, but if you decide to rent from this host, GET THE INSURANCE. Who knows what he'll need fixed next!

Owner's Response: First , there is NO "Faulty" plumbing. Otherwise there would be mention of it in previous reviews. I find it funny that someone can write such a dramatic critique with claims of being treated badly yet be afraid to leave his name. LOL. There is only ONE note on the toilet asking guests not to flush anything but toilet paper down the toilet as most places do. The NOTE is what mentions not to flush feminine products down the toilet. The accusation of clogging the toilet was only made AFTER the plumbers had to come out and determine what had happened. the rest of the building was working great ! Only his condo had the problem. So clearly Mr. Anonymous didn't watch what his 3 men flushed down the toilet every time they went. Or lets hope not ! ha ha... Mr. Anonymous was a bit defensive about the situation and for what? Because I told him that a claim was going to be filed after I got the plumbers report. sorry Mr. Anonymous, you can't take your bathroom frustration out on me...LOL...

Great Get-a-way!

The location was just right for us. Close to the restaurants and close to the beach. It was also nice having access to the washer and dryer. Outside shower and spray for feet really helped keep the condo a lot less sandy. Place was as described. Thank you for letting us use your place! WE really enjoyed it.

Owner's Response: Irons used to be stocked until I had two comforters and one arm of my brand new sofa scorched ! So the irons and the boards were removed and given to Goodwill.

The owner is SO prompt! from the 1st inquiry to the immediate return of my damage deposit. You can tell he takes pride in making everything perfect and easy. He sends great instructions for use so don't brush over them if you want the easiest stay you've ever had.

The condo was spacious, well appointed all the beds were so comfy. Beautiful granite counters and bath vanities accented with upscale FL Beach furniture. The beach is literally steps away and is in FACT semi-private with very few people crowding you...
