This corner condo unit has a plethora of light coming in through the ten foot high windows that give you a wonderful view of nature outside the Commons and a glimpse of West Bay. The unit features a combined living room, dining area and kitchen, with a full bath and separate bedroom. The bedroom has a queen bed and the pull-out sofa in the living room sleeps two. Relax and in the comfort of this quiet unit after a day of enjoying all the activities, great food and sight seeing that the area has to offer
This is a residential property. We cannot accommodate boisterous celebrations or any noise past the 10 pm quiet time requirement..

Herman and Vicki presently reside in Southern California, but both grew up in the Midwest and have strong family ties in Michigan and Wisconsin. Spend summers at their cottage on East Bay in Traverse City. Totally in love with the area and all it has to offer. Very pleased to be able to share it all with you and your family and friends.

The Village at Grand Traverse offers a relaxing place to stay, while being close to the many attractions Traverse City and the surrounding region has to offer.
Every condo in the Commons was carefully designed to take advantage of the architectural beauty of this over 100 year old building. This corner unit is especially beautiful because of the many windows and the view that soars over the trees and touches the bay.
We had a great stay in this lovely condo. The property was spotless and very nicely appointed. It was a lot of fun staying on this historic site which has been completely refurbished / developed. Excellent restaurants on site and nearby. Very close to West Bay and D/T Traverse City. Safe and secure. Would definitely stay here again. Vicki was very helpful, attentive and met us on-site for move-in. Perfect vacation for us

This historically significant and quiet condo is nicely appointed with all the comforts of home. High ceilings and beautiful decor made the place feel lush. It's a short bike ride away to Downtown Traverse city, beaches, TART trail, etc. Also, there is a wonderful coffee shop (Higher Grounds) and bakery across the parking lot.
Can't wait to stay there again!
Our first time staying at The Village and we are so happy to have found such a wonderful place. In addition to the cool building and all the shops and restaurants it offers, we enjoyed a beautiful, clean, comfortable condo. Vicki was a great host and the condo had everything we needed. We stayed here for a week and thoroughly enjoyed ourselves. As always, the building was beautiful, providing great amenities and shopping within walking distance. The condo itself was perfect for a couple and Vicki was a pleasant host. Everything was clean and tidy, with adequate resources including a small kitchen, full bath and a cozy living area. Highly recommend this condo as a pleasant getaway for a week or even a weekend. We will definitely be back!
My wife and I had a great long weekend in Traverse City. The condo was amazing! Great architecture in a great building. Huge windows and high ceilings made the unit bright and airy. Plenty of fresh towels and linens and cozy bedding made our stay comfortable. Vicki was easy to reach and communicate with and made checking in and out a breeze. We will be back!
So glad it worked out so we could stay here. It is now our home away from home when we come to see family. We very much enjoyed your place and will be back. Thank you again for sharing it with us.
