About Vicki Radtke

Herman and Vicki presently reside in Southern California, but both grew up in the Midwest and have strong family ties in Michigan and Wisconsin. Spend summers at their cottage on East Bay in Traverse City. Totally in love with the area and all it has to offer. Very pleased to be able to share it all with you and your family and friends.

Vicki Radtke purchased this condo in 2013

Why Vicki Radtke chose Traverse City

The Village at Grand Traverse offers a relaxing place to stay, while being close to the many attractions Traverse City and the surrounding region has to offer.

What makes this condo unique

Every condo in the Commons was carefully designed to take advantage of the architectural beauty of this over 100 year old building. This corner unit is especially beautiful because of the many windows and the view that soars over the trees and touches the bay.

Very Nice! Great location

  • 5 of 5

Very Clean. Nice location. Plenty of "walking distance" restaurants and small shops. Very quiet and nice park-like grounds. Owner is veteran landlord and it was great to deal with them.

Wonderful stay in a historical setting

  • 5 of 5

Vicki is a warm and gracious hostess who instantly made us feel at home. She is easy to contact by phone or email. Her condo is immaculate, roomy with huge windows and very comfortable. We had everything we needed during our stay. The kitchen is well equipped if you want to cook and eat in. There are a number of restaurants within the Commons if you want to eat out. The renovated, historical building and grounds are beautiful and interesting. We explored the hiking trails in the nearby woods and walked downtown on several occasions. The condo is close to the major highways leading to the beautiful peninsulas. There are several specialty or big box grocery stores within a mile and cool shops 2 floors down for our snack attacks. We had so much fun , we plan to be back. Thank you, Vicki!

Vicki was great! The condo was beautiful, clean, and equipped with everything we needed for our long weekend. The building is beautiful and I loved how safe and secure it is. The shops on the ground floor are great, but I wish they had their hours posted. Overall we had a great time and I will definitely book again!
