Our family has expanded and we are sharing our personal property while we enjoy traveling to visit our newest addition.
Deborah purchased this chalet in 2012
Beautiful wooded appeal of a state park with large lakes within 45 minutes for additional water activities, including kayaking and boating. Also, great hiking trails or biking available in one of the most serene settings that have deer, turkey and an abundance of wildlife varieties.
Secluded from big city traffic and noise, allows you to take a fresh breath and enjoy what is most important in life! Unusually large lot with 8 gently rolling acres and a pond makes for a unique retreat to enjoy with loved ones, family gatherings, holidays, etc.
Enjoyed a beautiful girls fall weekend and was surprised and amazed how beautiful the woods, wildlife and mountain views were. There is a beautiful view every direction on the property. The property has two stories, with the top level overlooking a nice view.
There was a Cooking on the Square Cajun event in downtown Cookeville and for just $20 you get a free bowl and endless gumbo, jambalaya treats, and beginets. We even took in the Upper Cumberland Winery Trail and enjoyed free wine tastings and a souvenir for our day journey to several winery locations.
Thank you for sharing your property. We enjoyed our relaxing stay!
