Spectacular waterfront 24 hour security property located on the Mediterranean

It was the first time my family and I experienced the south of France and thanks to the amazing place we stayed at, it was wonderful. We have a 3 and 5 year old and the property was wonderful for the kids. The second bedroom was a child's dream, there were plenty of books and movies to keep them busy when we were in the villa. The place was so nice and we loved the two balconies.

Another amazing part of the villa were the surroundings, the pools were amazing and the rock beaches (although not preferred for little kids) were spectacular. Everything was in walking distance, which was great if you wanted to go back to the place for lunch.

We also really enjoyed going downtown in Theoule sur mer for dinner a few evenings, there are some really cute little restaurants and if you go a little further to Mandelieu you will find a great ice cream shop (I can't remember the name).

Michelle, the owner was wonderful to work with and if we decide to go back down south we would definitely rent from her again. The place was wonderful!

I have been fortunate enough to stay in this apartment on three occasions while attending the annual music convention MIDEM in Cannes. The apartment is located in a quiet gated community overlooking the Mediterranean.

The location is spectacular - all the various living units are at different angles and it reminds one of a Picasso cubist painting. Beautiful sunrises and sunsets with those glorious Mediterranean colors, soaring sea gulls, waves breaking against the rocky coast etc.

The apartment is owned by an interior decorator and is tastefully furnished and well equipped - excellent kitchen and bathrooms, great outdoor living areas for having that morning cup of coffee outside in the sun - even in January. An ideal vaction spot for up to 4 people.

The apartment is an excellent base for exploring up and down the French Riviera. There are simply gazzillions of places to explore - driving down to Monaco to see the world famous acquarium, driving up to Grasse to see the perfumeries, experiencing the Nice Flower Market, driving west to explore Avignon, Orange, Aix-en-Provence, visiting the Picasso museum in Antibes or the Matisse Museum in Cimiez - all excellent day trips. Between modern art, Roman ruins, general culture and life style, this place has it all.

I would highly recommend this apartment - particularly if you are an adventurous person and prefer to experience "living in an area" rather than staying in a five star luxury hotel.

Me and my family have been going to this stunning and fresh designer decorated apartment every year in June for the last 3 years and we love it. Our now 5 year old son has made lots of friends and learnt how to swim with the community's swimming teacher. The surroundings and views are like a dream and the community staff very friendly. You eat well in the in-house restaurants and it is a perfect holiday home spot for adults and children. It is very safe and secure. We also enjoy the nearby beaches which are easily accessed and not too crowded. Worth every penny and more and better than a top-end luxury hotel.
