This three bedroom, two bath condo is located on the the first floor in building one in Hilton Head Resort. The resort's private boardwalk to the beach is by this building. The villa sleeps 8 comfortably and also has free wifi and a washer/dryer.

The master bedroom has a queen bed and private bath while the second bedroom also has a queen bed with additional bath in the hallway. The third bedroom has a twin bed and bunk beds with a full bed on the bottom and twin on top making this room sleep 4.

The resort is minutes away from dozens of signature golf courses, all of which are open to island visitors. At our condo you will have access to miles of an uncrowded pristine beach. On Hilton Head Island there are hundreds of restaurants, ranging from casual comfort food to elegant dining. Water sports, deep-sea fishing tours, and other cruises are also available seven days a week.

The best available space at Hilton Head Resort! Our beautiful corner unit with ocean, lagoon, and marsh views is affordably priced and perfect for couples, families, and friends! Our condo is in the building closest to the boardwalk leading to the ocean, and is just steps away from the outdoor pool and poolside deli. It is a lovely walk across the saltwater marsh to the beach. Free shuttle across boardwalk also available.

My review:


Condo has nice view towards beach and is on the first floor of building one. Overall the unit is decent but a bit out dated; flooring is getting rough, TV/cable was out, which was fine with me since I wanted to get away from all that for the week. There is relatively new leather furniture which was nice and the kitchen was well maintained and everything worked great in there. My family enjoyed the heated pool and hot tub in building three and the grille/store by the outdoor pool in building one. We rented bicycles there and really enjoyed using them for the week. You can ride on the beach and around the island on trails. The beach is nice and the condo complex is clean and well taken care of.

I would recommend this unit to families and would consider renting it again myself.

Clean and Well Equipped

My 3 daughters and 2 grands stayed for 4 nites. We had a nice time. Restaurants and Shopping near by. The unit was clean and well equipped with pots, pans and dishes. However it didn't have extra covers or blankets for chilly nites and I wish they would upgrade the TV's. It has a tiny TV in bunk room that everyone in there could not see and there is noTV at all in the queen bedroom with green bedding.

. We were out a lot, but my family like to watch TV. Other than that it was a nice birthday celebration for my youngest daughter.

Nope, never again

This condo has potential. If only someone would pay attention to details. Like cleaning it. Floors, walls, and everything on the so called balcony (which overlooks the road to parking, no view). The bathroom actually had toothpaste on the wall from god knows when. The towels are so thread bare they hurt to use. We were so very disappointed in how it looked. It really needs some updating.

But even besides that. The service who books these is not helpful in anyway. We had not 1 but 2 different condo's booked here. The first one we booked they came back and said it was now rented a week after we booked. . They found us another one and we sent the deposit in as requested. The balance due is due 30 days from arrival, but I assumed someone would email me a reminder. We had booked 3 months out. I did remember on day 28 from arrival and sent my check. After 2 inquiries, someone finally says 'sorry, we did not have the check so we rented this one out'. Really? No email, no call..until I asked. They again found us another one. It was larger, but it could not have been more outdated...surely. And my one specific need when I booked any of these was a secure wireless so I could work remotely. I was assured it had one, and was even supplied a password to use. But why I don't know. The wireless was not secure, it was open to anyone who wanted to hack in at any time. I called the number given me to ask about this and was told they would get back with me. I am still waiting on that call and we left last week.

I had to go find and pay for one that week.

Last but not least. While we were there one afternoon two young men knocked on the door to do the monthly bug spraying. No contact wit us was made. They had no id. It made the one lady who was there at the time very nervous. They insisted they would only take a few minutes, and they did. But to send two strange men to someone's place without any warning or scheduling is not acceptable.

Sadly, this was the first trip for us to this Island, and it will be our last one here.

Owner's Response: This lady's review is far from accurate. She did not pay for the villa she originally reserved and after numerous attempts to contact her she emailed us saying she was out of town and forgot to pay. Unfortunately, by then we had released the villa for re-rental. Our contracts are very specific on the due date for payment. She was desperate for another rental and all we had was this villa which is undergoing renovations. We explained that to her and she was fine with it as long as she had a place to stay. She called our on site manager upon arrival to complain that there was no hair dryer. One was purchased and delivered to her. Then she complained about the free secure wifi. It is secure and is not shared with any other unit and she was also told this but for some reason did not believe us. We manage the villa next door to this one and it cannot pick up the wifi. As far as "two young men showing up to spray for bugs" they were from Orkin, wearing uniforms and carrying their equipment. If she still had doubts that they were legit all she had to do was call the office or our 24 hour security gate. The resort posts notices when they are spraying. Again, she never called us to complain about anything else while she was there or it would have been handled. Guess it is true that no good deed goes unpunished. Wish we had just told her we could not help her out when she did not pay for the villa she originally reserved.

Nice Villa - Great Location - Great Deal!

My friends and I spent our vacation together in this condo. The condo was larger than we expected and the location was perfect. Close to the pool and boardwalk, had coffee at the deli every morning and lunch at Coco's on the Beach almost every day. The free Wi-Fi and the washer dryer in the villa were so convenient. Loved this resort. Lots of amenities for the money. We definitely recommend this condo and resort. We will be back!

Don't be fooled by the pictures/overpriced for condition of condo

I wish I could post a picture of the furniture in the living room now. It's some gray and black fake suede leather sectional. Nothing matches. There is no ice maker. We had to request ice trays. The dishwasher door will not open all the way due to poor installation. It hits the oven door. The kitchen is very poorly stocked with very worn and nasty cookware. There is not even a complete set of matching dishes. Looks like whatever they could throw in here, they did. We requested 3 things when we arrived to help make the burst with our disappointing accommodations: repair the cable cord that was apparently cut from the back of the small tv in the room with bunk beds(done), ice trays(we received 3), and to secure the ceiling fan in the master bedroom to the ceiling(still waiting!). This could be an amazing condo if the owners would show it a good bit of attention by updating, maintaining the appliances, restocking the kitchen completely, even putting back towel bars that have been torn off bathroom wall.

This is our 5th time staying at Hilton Head Island Resort. It's our first and last in this unit. So much wasted potential here!

Owner's Response: To say that we were surprised by this lady's review is an understatement. The "terrible furniture" she complained about was less than 3 weeks old when she arrived. It was all brand new. We supply all our guests with a phone number for our on site manager who is available 7 days a week to handle any problems, requests or maintenance needs. The only communication with her was about the cable cord (which was immediately repaired) and the secure wifi which she could not figure out how to use. She seemed to have no experience connecting to a wifi connection so insisted that it was not working (it was when we provided help to her). If she needed any other kitchen appliances, pans, etc. all she had to do was ask. She chose to wait until she got home and then post this terrible review. The only thing we agree with her on is that she will not stay here again.

Enjoyed our 3 generation Hilton Head Vacation in this unit

Lovely, clean, cheerful decor with new flooring and enough room for our family of 8. Great value for the money. Were able to cook with nicely equipped kitchen. Appliances older but work well, except for refrigerator which might be ok for some, but not cold enough for us. Icemaker worked great. Washer and dryer worked efficiently and very handy.. Bedrooms cheery; however some mattresses are older and uncomfortable, especially 2nd Queen room. LR furniture becoming worn, but attractive, comfortable and clean. Dining room table extra nice and big. No beach chairs or umbrellas provided. Closets need cleaning and organization [so do mine.]. Hilton Head Resort is very well maintained and all employees we met were friendly and helpful. Enjoyed very clean pool and hot tub. Kids and grandkids walked to beach. Husband and I timed it when golf carts running. NIce walkway but about 8 minute walk. Unit has gorgeous views, ocean direction, [but I could not see ocean], and is very sunny and bright. I would definitely stay again and recommend to others. Suggest owner check mattresses for wear, check frig, put some beach chairs, umbrellas, and a beach buggy to haul them, in closet, and clean the closets. Otherwise, great unit, great location in building with stairs to outside right at your door, and you can park close to that door. If you need the elevator, it is a long walk. We used carts to move stuff in so used elevator. Had to call cleaning service [Linda] because not enough towels and they promptly brought enough to make the 12 set standard for a 3 bedroom. We rented through Marianne at Hilton Head Island Villas, and she was great to work with. Would definitely work through same agent next visit. In my opinion, listing for this unit is factual, but could be more extensive.

Difficult to turn left out of HHR, so we turned right and then turned around a block down the road in a little turn around area. Our favorite restaurant is One Hot Mama BBQ, Wow! Best ever. Also enjoyed long time favorite, Fudruckers. Have to drive to everything, but groceries, including Walmart, are close.

Needs A Deep Cleaning

We rented this condo for a week in July for our family and family that was visiting from out of town. We were SO disappointed and embarassed at what we got. The floors were filthy dirty upon our arrival. Our feet were black after walking on them for just a few hours. We had to clean the dishes in the kitchen BEFORE we used them. All of the ceiling fans had a layer of dirt and dust hanging off them. The towel bar in the bathroom was broken and lying on the floor upon our arrival. And, on our second night we found a used tampon applicator on floor in the kids room and blood on the comforter. I sent an email to the owner and she sent someone out to clean the place and repair the towel bar. That was great, but these are things that should have been done BEFORE we arrived not after I sent an email telling them how filthy the place was (and even then, the fans were never cleaned). Honestly, I have never stayed in a hotel or condo that was dirtier.

On the plus side, it is very close to the beach and it was plenty big for 4 adults and 5 children.
