Comfortable, Clean , Spacious, and Locally Convenient Home

  • 5 of 5

It was ten of us staying at this property, three couples and four singles, for four nights. We all enjoyed our times there. The property is located about fifteen miles from Gardiner which is a cute little town with everything you need such as restaurants, bars, super market, and gift shops. The town is very close to the northern entrance of the Yellowstone park and Mammoth Hot Springs. The kitchen is fabulous. We ate in two nights and out two nights. There is a local restaurant called Light House within three miles of the property with very good menu and friendly staff. They are only open for dinner. They don't serve alcohol which didn't bother us. The grill didn't work and I let them to know. I suggest you test it before you plan to buy ingredients for barbecuing. There is no shortage of clean towels and linens for a big crowd. The beds are clean and comfortable. The property manager, Francis, and property owner, Kristin Nunn are very nice and accommodating. They make themselves available 24x7 to assist you with anything you need. All in all you wouldn't regret staying in this property. Have Fun!!

Multi generation vacation.

  • 5 of 5

We had 12 family members age range from 9 to 91. The yellowstone getaway was perfect for all. Nearby hikes for early risers. Hot tub for moms and dads to hot tub under the stars. Gorgeous view from the porch for the grandparents with coffee and a crossword. And a great tv/game room for the 2016 Olympics. So close to the park and Gardiner it made our Long drives through Yellowstone easy. Fishing and rafting within minutes. Would definitely recommend and go again.

Wonderful vacation house

  • 5 of 5

Our extended family stayed here for our trip to Yellowstone. It was a perfect place to return to each evening. There was plenty of room for 12 people to spread out and relax. The kitchen was well stocked so that we could make our meals instead of eating out each day. The kids loved the 3rd floor room as well as the family room and hot tub. I love to stay at this cabin again!

Phenomenal Property in an Idyllic Location!!

  • 5 of 5

We booked this property with our church mission group who was travelling to the Northern Cheyenne Reservation for service work. We spent a few days prior to our week of service at the Yellowstone Getaway cabin. It is a great cabin with lots of space to spread out. Our group included both adults and teens and everyone found their place at the Yellowstone Getaway! It is well stocked with plenty of linens, towels, cookware and more. Lots of space inside and outside for relaxing and hanging out.

It is a short 15 min drive into Gardiner for groceries, restaurants and to enter at the Roosevelt Arch of Yellowstone National Park. We enjoyed a day in the park and also a wonderful day of whitewater rafting with Yellowstone Raft Company.

If we return to the area, we will definitely stay at this property again! Thom (property manager) is very organized, timely and gives lots of great suggestions for restaurants, amenities and what to do in the area. Thanks for allowing us to stay in your property and for giving us memories we will never forget!

Best family vacation ever!

  • 5 of 5

This wonderful house was the perfect location for our 'Gramma/Grampa, six parents and five grandchildren' vacation. The kids (ages 3 to 9) loved sleeping in "The Tower" bedroom surrounded by windows. The house is beautifully outfitted throughout with plenty of room to spread out. It is so convenient to Yellowstone but we also enjoyed some lazy late afternoons at the river right across the road. Thom, the host, could not have been more responsive. Our highest recommendation.

Nice House

  • 4 of 5

Very nice house, but oddly situated next to a trailer park. It's a bit of a drive into town (but scenic). Has a very nice layout, and plenty of room for a large family, only negative was that there was no air conditioning in the main rooms (only wall mounts in bedrooms). Other than that, this is a very comfortable place to stay! (although a bit pricey)
