Great condo! Walking distance to slopes, with boots on!
My family really enjoyed the condo for our skiing headquarters. Well within walking distance to Peak 9 and downtown. No problems. We met the owner when we arrived, he was putting in new lamps, and he gave us some very good ideas of what we can do. We took him up on the snow cat ride out of the Nordic Center. We had a great time. Thanks.
Very comfortable condo with everything you need. Also very convenient to town and ski lift.
Wonderful stay in Breck. Great weather, even had 8” of snow one day which made for fun skiing and sledding. Town and dinning options were just a short walk away. The condo was very comfortable and conveniently located.
We loved this condo
We loved this condo is perfect for us, we ski at peak 9 and is really close.
Is the third time we rented it, and it's always clean.
Wonderful location walking distance to ski lift
Our family of 5 spent a week in this charming Timbernest condo in Breckenridge over the Christmas holiday and it was fabulous. The condo was clean and well appointed with everything we needed. A locker on the ground floor near the parking area held our skis and poles so we didn't have to carry them upstairs. The beds were cozy and comfortable and we had plenty of room for the whole family. The gas fireplace kept us warm and in the Christmas spirit, as did the snow falling outside and the beautifully decorated town of Breckenridge. What a perfect place to be for Christmas. The skiing was amazing and two of my children tried snowboarding for the first time! It was a hit.
We cooked several meals in the condo and also ate out a couple of times. The Quandry Grill and Belle V were excellent choices for dinner. They both had delicious food, great service and best of all they were walking distance. Main Street Breckenridge is so close to Timbernest that we didn't need the car most of the time. We had lunch at The Maggie most days at the base of Peak 9 when we were skiing but one day we did go into town for lunch and really enjoyed Flip Side. Great burgers, pot pies and soup.
Shopping was fun on Main Street. There is a wide variety of shops and boutiques to explore. I wish I had more time!
All in all, we loved Breckenridge and I highly recommend Timbernest A10. The owners are very responsive, friendly and informative. I can't thank them enough for their advice and guidance regarding the town and restaurants. Booking dinner reservations helped us avoid long wait times for a table when the town gets crowded for the holidays.
Great location and convenient
We had a great time here for a family weekend. Very close to everything you would want to do on Breck's main street or the mountain. They house is well equipped for small kids which was awesome for our family. Overall, this was a great rental for a long weekend.
Very clean and well maintained. Nicely stocked with useful items.
Very nice place to stay and relax! Conveniently located in easy walking distance from town. The condo was well stocked to make for a very pleasant stay and the owners were very nice to work with. Got some great tips for hikes in their guest book. Would definitely stay there again.
Great Location! 3 minute walk from condo to six-chair high speed Quicksilver ski lift. Condo is a 3-minute walk to the Peak 9 Village shops and restaurants. It is a 4-5 minute walk to Main Street, which is just beyond the Village. Hiking and biking trails just out the door.
