Charming and quiet French Mas with beautiful view to the distant sea and the Esterel hills, away from the big crowds but one can reach some of the nice back country villages (like Valbonne or Mougin) in a few minutes, the beaches for example in Mandelieu in 25 min, Cannes in 25 Min and the Airport as well as the city Nice in 30 min.
Golfers will find some of the best Championship courses of the Cote d'Azur (like the home of the French Open Cannes Mougin) in 30 min, two award winning courses Taulane and Terre Blanche in 40 - 60 min. The closest course 'Grande Bastide' is only 5 min away (you can see part of this course from the edge of the property). Tennis, riding and other sports are also offered in the region.
Grasse: Grasse has been a perfume town ever since the 17th century, and today as the world's perfume capital, its reputation speaks for itself. The three historic perfume manufacturers - Fragonard, Galimard and Molinard - open their doors to provide free guided tours. You will learn all about the mysteries of how a perfume is made, from the raw materials to the perfume itself, by means of distillation and enfleurage. You can then set off to discover a little known but nevertheless fascinating historic town. As you leave Place des Aires, with its arcades and Louis XV fountain, walk along the beautiful streets that are so busy and cool in the summer, packed with typical boutiques and stalls.You'll also come across gurgling fountains and picturesque squares with welcoming café terraces, vaulted passageways, freshly painted red and yellow ochre housefronts.
Cannes: Discover Cannes, the ramparts, musée de la Castre, square tower and the religious buildings. An exceptional view point over the town, port, Croisette, Iles de Lérins and over a large part of the bay of Cannes. On foot from the old town, the soul of Cannes, the Forville market and its ring of food shops (butchers, delicatessens, fishmongers bakers, wine merchants, etc.) will allow you to discover one of the aspects of a town eternally famous for its shopping. You will also enjoy the exceptional geographical location of Cannes which is ideal for short excursions to Grasse, Antibes and Nice.
Cannes has as well the advantage of being a town which can be explored entirely on foot. The hotels, historic centre and famous Croisette are all close to each other.
