PGA Village is located 30 minutes North of Palm Beach International Airport one minute off I-95 at the Saint Lucie West Boulevard exit 121. The Condo is situated in the 'Golf Villas II section on Perfect Drive' within walking distance to the Pro Shop in the PGA Resort community. The shared pool is within 100 yards of the condo. There is a Roman tub in the Condo. Both the living room and bedroom have a beautiful second floor balcony view.

The unit may be rented as a two bedroom villa (four beds) two bath Condo; a one bedroom villa (two beds) one bath with screened balcony; a studio with two beds and one bath, wet bar, microwave, bistro table with screened balcony. All combinations come with a refrigerator (mini in studio), coffee maker, and microwave, iron, vacuum, washer/dryer and free wireless internet. The one and two bedroom villa options include a full kitchen, living/dining room, screened balcony and Roman tub within.

The PGA Village (site of the PGA qualifying school) has three immaculate, championship courses, designed by top notch architects. Among them are two 'Tom Fazio' golf courses a 'Pete Dye' golf course, a 35 acre PGA Learning Center, the PGA of America Historic center, practice range, pitch and putt course, putting green, fully stocked golf shop, full restaurant and bar. Tee Times can be reserved in advance. PGA Village is seven miles to the center of Port St. Lucie which is adjacent to Hutchinson Beach Island, shopping, Intra-coastal view restaurants, entertainment and public beaches. This is a complete and beautiful resort vacation experience.

l am the mother of four children and an avid golfer. I'm from Delaware and my husband is from Philadelphia. I retired after 33 years as an insurance agent and my husband is a real estate broker. When it came to retirement we both wanted to be where we could play golf year round. We liked Treasure Coast area of Florida for the great weather and Palm City, where we live, has the small town atmosphere I grew up in.
