Culture and tradition: Many tourists travel to the annual events like the Old Town Festival, the ViaThea, the Tippelmarkt or the Christmas Market on. If you want to stay in these times in Goerlitz, you book with us directly in advance. Görlitz in Silesia: At the Vienna Congress in 1815, the Kingdom of Saxony had to cede half of Oberlausitz with Goerlitz to Prussia.
