Our condominium is on the fourth (top floor) in Building Five. Top floor has great lanai views of the complex and ocean views beyond the grounds. Building Five is the farthest away from the town's main road noise. The complex is beautiful and the lush tropical grounds are meticulously maintained. Onsite Expedia Activities desk available for booking island activities. Free Wednesday poolside Mai Tai party with live entertainment (check availability weekly). Ceramic tiles and wood laminate flooring throughout the unit. For those needing to be 'connected', broadband & wi-fi internet is freely available in the unit.
The upstairs loft bedroom has a queen bed with a full bath. The downstairs bedroom has two twin beds (one firm and medium) and an adjacent full bathroom. The living room rattan sofa has a pullout bed (perfect for the kids). Bed and bath linen & beach towels included. Complimentary starter set of bath toiletries (no shampoo), washing detergent, dishwashing detergent, and paper towels to get you going for a few days.
Steps (across the street) to Kamaole Beach III - one of Maui's best beaches. Snorkel in the calm turquoise water or laze on the sandy shores. The beach is great for little ones - water and sand... what else can you ask for? Our unit is located in Kihei town and can be a great home base to exploring the rest of the island. The unit is approximately one mile to Wailea, ~25 minutes to Kahului Airport (OGG), and ~40 minutes to Kaanapali.
