Those who love nature and peaceful, beautiful landscapes are perfect in this large finca. It is located between the popular resorts of Pollenca and Alcudia in a 5000 m² garden with lemon and orange trees, roses, hibiscus, bougainvilleas. Pool of 6x8 m.
The house is about 150 m² with covered terraces with a view of the mountains and garden. On the ground floor you will find 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms (1 en-suite)+1 bathroom outdoor by the pool. The comfortable living room has SAT-TV, DVD, CD and radio. All bedrooms and living room has A/C. The large kitchen, renovated 2013 is fully equipped and has a dining table for 8-10 people. The master bedroom on the 1st floor with an en suite bathroom can be reached through an outdoor staircase and the view from the terrace over the surrounding mountain panorama is amazing. Now we built a kitchnette with fridge, waterboiler, toaster etc so you can have a private breadfast or a nightcap on the terrass under the stars.

The expansive beaches in the bays of Pto Pollenca and Alcudia are about 10-15 min away. The golf about 10 min away. Shopping facilities and nice restaurants, bars, galleries, etc. are many in Pollenca.

Pool and garden: By the large pool, 6 x 8 m, private behind the finca, you will find comfortable sun loungers, chairs and tables in the sun and the shade, dining tables and Weber gas-BBQ for nice al-fresco lunches and dinners. A new out-door kitchen is constructed which makes the pool-area even more useful and attractiv. .
