Two short flights of stairs frame either side of the dining area, leading to the bedrooms. One flight leads to the Master bedroom with a Queen bed, TV and large, full en suite bath. Interior windows, a charming architectural quirk from the renovation, overlook the kitchen. Located on its own lofted living area, the second bedroom also has a queen bed and interior windows, which overlook the dining area.
The living room, which is a short flight of stairs down from the dining area, has charming built-in bookcases, brick floors and inviting sleeper sofa. Open and eclectic, this quiet space makes for the perfect retreat after a long day.
You’ll be a quick walk to a selection of Savannah’s best restaurants, including Circa 1875 and Ta Ca Sushi & Japanese Fusion, voted Best Sushi in Savannah Magazine’s Best of Savannah 2016. If you do bring a pet to this dog-friendly home, you'll be in a great location to walk over to Mother Matilda Beasley, the only dog park in the Historic District, just a couple of blocks away.

What is parking like for this home?
Savannah’s historic buildings, squares, and streets have been beautifully preserved through the dedicated efforts of the Historic Savannah Foundation. Founded before the invention of the automobile, parking can be limited.
This unit has free, on-street parking right outside the front door. Availability will depend on time of day and season. Our guests have not reported trouble parking near the home, even on the busiest of weekends.

We can welcome your dog companions at this pet friendly home, but ask that you find other arrangements for cats, birds, and other furry friends. There is a $75 pet fee (non-refundable) per dog, with a 35 lb. maximum weight limit per dog and a limit of 2 dogs per reservation. Some homes may allow larger dogs, please inquire for more information.
