  • Our guests have three mountain bike bikes (Mr / Ladies / Youth) at your own risk to disposal. Helmets, pumps and repair kits are available. Complete renovations: bath in Oct. 2010, kitchen in May 2011, new upholstery carport / forecourt / house access thresholdless / wheelchair accessible since 2012. For all barbecue fans: our age, of our tenants as valued barbecue has become obsolete, and has been demolished. For us the Builder has bricked an individual XXL fireplace grill in January 2012, width 190 cm! The latest highlight in October 2015: comfortable poly rattan lounge on the pool deck, great for "chilling". All windows were replaced in 2016 with modern thermal windows with insect-proof screens. In the garden active and passive light illuminations are installed, so you at night outside feels comfortable and protected. They are largely controllable by remote control. 2017: Replacing all the tiles in the house with bright high-gloss Porcelan tiles

A very nice villa, private, clean with everything you need.

The villa is great, the owners very helpful with all the information you might need. It is very well equipped. We had bits we could take to he beach as well as lots of loungers and outdoor furniture to use around the pool. It's a lovely spot and within walking distance of the town and beach if you don't want to take the car. Will definitely return.

Wonderful view!

The property is in an excellent position overlooking the Mediterranean about 15 minutes walk from Alcossebre. The villa is spotlessly clean and has lovely touches such as the well stocked garden, barbecue and terrace. The pool is a wonderful place to cool off and you can eat on the terrace overlooking the sea. The kitchen and bathroom are well appointed and there is even an outdoor shower! Lutz, the owner, is very helpful and is easy to contact. Alcossebre is a lovely Spanish family orientated town with seven beaches.

Entspannung in Alcosseber

Wir waren schon zum zweiten Mal in Buena Vista und haben für nächstes Jahr schon wieder gebucht. Das alleine sollte schon zeigen, dass man sich hier wohlfühlt. Das Grundstück ist schön am Hang gelegen, dadurch kann man den Meerblick genießen. Durch die Größe findet jeder seinen Lieblingsplatz ob schattig oder sonnig, je nach Geschmack. Der Pool hat eine ausreichende Größe und hatte immer perfekte Wasserqualität. Das Haus ist gepflegt und für uns 4 perfekt. Besonders erwähnenswert sind die Fliegengitter an allen Fenstern. Die Temperaturen(innen) im Hochsommer liegen im Bereich von 26 bis 30 Grad. Es gibt viele Sitzmöglichkeiten, verteilt auf mehrere Bereiche im Garten, der Abends schön beleuchtet ist. Die Außendusche erspart den Zeitdruck wenn alle gleichzeitig Duschen wollen.

Der Ort ist in 20min zu Fuß erreichbar. Mit dem Fahrrad zum Supermarkt sind es ca 5min. Durch die Nähe zum Ort und die Lage an der Straße hört man immer mal wieder den Verkehr, nachts ist es allerdings sehr ruhig. Im Umkreis befinden sich mehrere Ferienhäuser, wenn man Glück hat wie dieses Jahr, hat man relativ ruhige Nachbarn. Letztes Jahr hatten wir eine Woche Nachbarn, die sonst wohl am Ballermann Urlaub machen. Die hatten sich wohl verlaufen. Alles in Allem war es wieder ein sehr schöner Urlaub und Buena Vista hat daran einiges beigetragen. Vielen Dank und bis nächstes Jahr. Stephan und Familie

Alcossebre is a lovely, small town on the Costa Azahar, the Orange Blossom Coast of Spain, protected by mountains Irta, no mass tourism and concrete fortresses. All are looking for here is a kind of 'Ballermann' do not find it. There are many clean sandy and pebble beaches, which also away for lovers. Restaurants, bars, and a Clus Disco includes mandatory infrastructure, but in the hinterland there for nature and history freaks also for Culinary Schnäpplipreis. Alcossebre is just the French border by car on the motorway and N-340 in just 3.5 hours (400 km), but more economical, less stressful and more quickly with a low cost airline and rental car of their choice of Barcelona (230 km) or Valencia (125 km). Since September 2015 finally the Aeorpuerto Castellon opened (about 20 minutes in Bennloch), but via Ryanair so far only flights to and from London and Bristol. However, there are other destinations /

zu melden. Kleinere Schäden werden durch unseren Hauswart/Hausmeister direkt vor Ort beseitigt, und mit diesem
abgerechnet. Für grössere Schäden ab € 100 haftet der Mieter mit seiner Privat-Haftpflichtversicherung.
