This place is kept in immaculate condition, attested to in the many reviews. The bedding is luxe, top quality 100% cotton in keeping with a high standard. The artwork is local, original and interesting.
The location is great - on the harbour, close to the downtown area and an easy walk to many of our attractions and excellent restaurants. The downtown location encompasses not only the excitement and convenience of being close in, but also the inevitable noise and bustle of an urban environment.
The living room views are of paddlers, rowers and the life that generally makes up the harbour, plus glorious sunsets over the water. Catch stunning views of the harbour and waterways from the rooftop patio which also has BBQ facilities.
There is convenient kayak hire at our own wharf throughOcean River Sports. Bike rentals available two blocks away.
The dock is also a stop for the little harbour ferries – pick them up at many spots along the seawalks around the harbour. The condo is a short walk from the inner harbour, Empress Hotel, museums and Legislative Buildings. Chinatown with its restaurants and markets is two minutes away. Golf? Lots...from spectacular Bear Mountain designed by Jack and Steve Nicklaus, to smaller, inexpensive courses and many in-between. Victoria is extremely cyclist-friendly with many dedicated lanes - for venturing out-of-town or for more of a workout, check out the Galloping Goose trails which are accessed near the condo.
