Ultimate in Seclusion, yet Close to City Amenities
Our guest house was once the Kila Church. We moved it to our 340-acre ranch in 1994 and have been offering it as a vacation rental since 1995. Our guest house is a warm and friendly hideaway in the mountains. We have transformed it into a quiet haven in the woods with all of the modern amenities you require. Here you will find the ultimate in seclusion, yet we are only 12 miles from Kalispell and 1-1/4 hours from Glacier National Park. Our property includes 10 miles of trails (map provided) from flat and easy through the meadow to strenuous climbs up to awesome views. We are at the end of pavement on a county road so access is easy. Guests have access to the entire home. Our home is about 150 yards from the guest house. We have one acre of gardens and guests are welcome to enjoy them along with salad greens from the vegetable garden.

Great location...exceptional clean and well stocked kitchen...good bedding and towels...conversion from local church into cabin was a great accomplishment and very well done...couch and chairs are comfortable and clean ...great private hiking trails
It's out in the woods and always a lovely experience. We've been several times and there are always little improvements to the place and everything you could want for a nice stay. Close to Kalispell and state and national parks if you love to explore in nature.
This is our second time visiting this peaceful cabin in Kila! Tammy and Jeff are wonderful hosts! Every detail has been well thought out for their guests and we truly love it here. The location is private and the cabin is so comfortable! From the bed to the pillows, towels and kitchen items. It is one of our best VRBO experiences!
We enjoyed our stay and the area. The owners were very nice, and it was beautiful. It wasn't as secluded as we expected though. The house is just off the road.
The cabin is perfect as a home base for adventures on the surrounding forest or Glacier National Park. Close enough to town that going out for dinner is a short drive but don't forget to look up when you get back - the sky is filled with stars!
The cabin itself is well equipped with a fully kitted out kitchen. Great water pressure and a super comfortable bed.
A wonderful vacation!
The place was just what I needed. Very clean and well laid out. The owner met me there when he realized it was getting late, he was going to turn in the light so I could see when I arrived. That’s attention to detail. The inside was clean and well cared for. I’d stay again without hesitation.
My husband and I planned and chose carefully before our first trip to NW Montana earlier this month. We knew we selected the right place to stay near Glacier the moment we arrived at Tammy and Jeff's wonderful "Slice of Heaven" property near Kila. The cabin at beautiful Full Circle Farms was perfect for the two of us: plenty of very comfortable tastefully decorated living space, a modern, well-equipped kitchen, handy washer-dryer, comfortable bedding, and peace , quiet! A restful moment can be enjoyed outdoors on one of two decks, the largest with a gas grill, just bring your steak!
Deer, birds and red squirrels were present for daily entertainment, although there is a nice tv with dvds, as well as many board games, if "indoors" is where you spend your evenings. Days are for exploring, and there is much to see here at Full Circle Farms, from its many hiking trails (always carry bear spray when hiking in Montana's forests), to the interesting buildings located on this historical property.
If you want a place to stay near Glacier NP but not close to the highway, this is it! Jeff's great communication provided easy directions to this very special spot on his and Tammy's protected land, with easy access and a beautiful drive from Kalispell (approx 20 minutes). We only wish we could have stayed longer to explore more of the many trails on the property.
Thank you, Tammy and Jeff, for offering your "Slice of Heaven" cabin- we hope to return soon!
This is one of our favorite places to stay, and Jeff and Tammy are always the perfect hosts. A very special guest house, amazing grounds, and great location for our needs. Thanks, Jeff, for taking me along on your ride up to the top of the ridge. See you next year!
Jeff and Tammy’s cabin and property is nothing short of amazing. I could feel the stress roll off everyone’s backs the moment we pulled in. We enjoyed being in the private and quiet woods, watching the baby rabbits and squirrels, hiking, and sleeping in the comfortable bed. There is a large pull out couch in the living space for a second bed, but our kids preferred to sleep directly on the sofa- extra sheets, blankets, and pillows provided. The home had everything we needed from a well stocked kitchen, good wifi, and plenty of DVDs to choose from. There were even two big pool towels that were exactly what we needed for our afternoon at Flathead Lake. The Kila area was so peaceful and remote, but just 25 minutes to Kalispell with plenty of food options and an hour to Glacier NP- well worth the drive! We left with our minds calmed and souls restored.
This is a roomy and comfortable place. If you need to get away from noise and chaos , this is your "quiet place". Nice trails abound and watch for deer walking through in the evenings.
We had an amazing time at this beautiful property. It is in a great location, just far enough away from the hustle and bustle of Kalispell, yet close enough to head into town to shop, get groceries, visit family, etc. The owners were super friendly! This property is very well stocked with all of the amenities that you'll need! We will definitely stay here again!!
This place is better than advertised. The cabin was perfect for us. A beautiful area with lots of land to hike around on. The cabin was super clean and well stocked. We stayed for 6 days. The host does live on the property and is there if needed but for sure not intrusive. We went to Glacier 2 of our days. The town of Kalispell has everything you could need and then some. Highly recommend this property.
We were so pleasantly surprised to see a freshly remodeled cabin in a beautiful setting with incredible antiques everywhere - so fun to simply explore the rooms and furnishings. The bed was super comfy and kitchen had anything and everything one could need. The hosts were so very gracious and accommodating. Highly recommend for couples looking for a quiet and restful getaway.
"A Slice of Heaven" could not have been more aptly named! The check in process was so friendly and well thought out, as was our check out. Tammy and Jeff made us feel right at home, answering any questions we put forth and offering just the right advice for our stay. The guest house was very well stocked with kitchen essentials, first rate cookware, small appliances, and more.
The decor was lovely, inviting, and had many special touches for our viewing pleasure. Also, many thanks for use of the walking sticks and bear spray! We did not meet a bear on our walks, but were prepared. Loved the iron fireplace/stove in the bedroom. The extra special touches are too numerous to count.
Our vacation was an absolute dream from start to finish, and we hope to return to "Slice of Heaven" on a regular basis. Many thanks to Jeff and Tammy.
Great location—easy drive to trailheads, activities, and shopping. Hosts were very friendly, cabin was spacious, very clean and furnished with everything you might need. Very peaceful property with hiking trails on site. Saw deer and turkeys right from our deck.
I’m not sure how many times we’ve stayed at the cabin, maybe 5 or 6, but each time is magical. Sometimes we go into town to get together, but just as often, the family comes to us because they love the peace and quiet of this beautiful setting. Jeff and Tammy are perfect hosts: available for what you need, but not intrusive. We love the updated kitchen! I especially like that there’s enough room in the island that we could store our own snacks and stuff, getting it off the counters. We’ll certainly be back!
A cozy mountain cabin that is well provisioned, with 10 acres of hiking trails. We saw a bear on our first hike, so cool. We enjoyed watching the dear frolic on the lawn each night. Jeff is a great host who thought of everything including kindling & wood for the fire pit. It is about an hour drive to West Glacier and 30 minutes to the airport. We would definitely stay here again,
We loved everything about this guest cabin! It was charming, private, quiet, comfortable, well-stocked and tastefully furnished. The drive to Glacier NP where we spent much of our time is a bit long but we knew that when we made our reservations so no surprise. It is worth the drive time to have all the amenities and charm this lovely cabin offers.
This cabin is clean, quaint, cozy and in a great location. The furnishings are comfortable, the owners are incredibly nice and they have a beautifully maintained property. We were able to get cell phone reception as well as internet. The cabin is well equipped and our entire experience was positive. We can not wait to return to this peaceful get-away cabin!
My husband and I just returned home from vacation after spending four nights in this cabin, and we were extremely sad to leave this place behind. I would highly recommend this vacation rental. The area is stunningly beautiful (even more so than the listing photos can capture). The owners are extremely responsive and friendly. The cabin was clean and comfortable, and we enjoyed sitting out on the front porch enjoying the scenery. There’s a network of OHV trails nearby -- best side-by-side riding my husband and I have experienced, and you can ride off right from the cabin.
This is our third time staying at the cabin, and as always, it was just perfect. We visited with family and took drives, but didn’t really do any touristy things. We just wanted a change of scenery without much interaction, and this was the perfect place! Just awesome yet again.
