About Beth Riccio
My husband and I have been very lucky to live in a Victorian home in a beautiful seaport town that others would covet. We love the Historic District and it's charm. Bristol is centrally located to two major cities, Boston and Providence and yet remains very much a small town. Jim is one of the few who are considered 'Native' to Bristol. I on the other hand am a 'Wash Ashore', but couldn't love it more. I am a retired Culinary Arts Instructor and my husband is a Mechanical Foreman for the Rail road. We have 5 children and 11 grandchildren who love to come spend time here with us. We Have a sail boat and never leave Narragansett Bay but enjoys our quiet days on the water. The beaches of Newport are about twenty minutes away and we spend many summer days there with the kids. We have a winter residence in Myrtle Beach and enjoy the ocean there as well.
Beth Riccio purchased this House in 1978
Why Beth Riccio chose Bristol
If you are coming to town for many of the destination weddings or to visit relatives we can provide a comfortable private place for you. With a full kitchen you only need to eat out when you choose to. You can walk to almost everything that Bristol has to offer from our home.

Lovely place to stay in Bristol
The location was perfect. The apartment was clean and nicely decorated. Beth thought of everything, nice toiletries, coffee pods and creamer, extra pillows and blankets. The beds were both very comfortable. Walking distance to everything in Bristol.
A Perfect Stay
This was our second visit to Bristol and my wife and I wanted to get a place by ourselves instead of staying at her brother's house the whole time. The apartment was lovely, breezy and had lots of natural sunlight. It is in a perfect spot for walking around Bristol and the bed is very comfortable. The house has a large and wonderful back yard and Beth and her husband Jim are very cool and chill.
This place is very well located to the ocean, restaurants and the awesome bike path that goes to East Providence and 8 parks.
The only very minor downside is that if you watch a lot of TV ( which why would you on vacation) the channels are very limited. However there was a box of my favorite popcorn and we watched several movies on my tablet.
Very comfortable for a couple and quiet!
Great historic home built in late 1800s, with wondeful hosts and clean 1BD apartment.
My husband, daughter and I stayed for a weekend to attend a wedding nearby. The July 4th festivities had already begun, with live music at the Bristol waterfront that could be heard from the cozy chairs on the front porch. Beth and her husband were lovely hosts and the apartment was clean, stocked with coffee for the morning and even popcorn for a late night movie. Slept very well in this relaxing home built in the late 1800s. THANKS!
It was a memorable stay
The hosts Beth and Jim were charming and welcoming and helpful. The apartment was very very nice and thensom, with beautiful furnishings and well equipped. We are already planning a return trip.
Located between Providence and Newport, RI, Bristol is a seaport destination known for sailing, antiquing and fine restaurants. A cozy historic town that is tourist friendly. It is a twenty minute ride to all that Newport and Providence have to offer, while staying in a small waterfront town. Many restaurants, bars and museums are within walking distance. Bristol is very much a sailors haven and well known for some very well known restaurants.
