Private parking for 2 vehicles (NO EXCEPTIONS - EVER).
Additional Parking is available at the Roy's Point Marina boatyard located off Roy's Point Boulevard. For example, if you have a 3rd vehicle, that 3rd vehicle MUST be parked at the Roy's Point Marina boatyard located off Roy's Point Boulevard.
No Parking on any road in our Brickyard Creek development per Fire Department codes.

Our Brickyard Creek Cottage 34 has main floor fully-stocked kitchen with electric stove/oven, refrigerator/freezer, microwave, dishwasher, counter top/bar seats 4, antique butcher block prep table, coffee maker/complementary coffee, blender, juicer, electric waffle maker, slow cooker; and all pots/pans/dishes/glassware/cooking utensils and hanging rack over antique butcher block prep table.
Main floor living room has brown Italian Queen sleeper sofa, Jotul gas stove, table with 4 chairs, rope lighting surrounds living room, ceiling fan/light, french doors open to 2-story screen porch overlooking Boreal Forest; bedroom with queen 4-post bed, 2 closets, french doors open to 2-story screened porch; main floor full bathroom has 5-foot clawfoot tub/shower and heated marble floors.
2nd floor has loft bedroom with Brass 4-post queen bed, 2 half moon windows overlooking 2-story screen porch and views of Boreal Forest, 2 closets, full bathroom with tub/shower and heated marble floors, small bedroom with full size bed.
We offer hotel-style accommodations: Serta Suite Mattresses (guests say our beds are heavenly). Hospital laundry service for our linens, towels, and cotton blankets. Liquid soap, shampoo, body wash, dishwashing detergent, wastebasket liners, recycling, hair dryers, complementary coffee.
We are owner-operated and have hospitality/restaurant background.
As guests of our cottage and the Brickyard Creek development, please be respectful of the other cottage and lakefront owners privacy, other guests and their privacy, and our unique environment at Brickyard Creek.
Don is a sailor; and got his Captain's license in Stuart, Florida in 1998.
Don discovered Brickyard Creek and Roy's Point Marina in 1999 when he traveled to Bayfield, WI and purchased a slip to put his sailboat 'one day.' Don liked the Brickyard Creek Boreal Forest/Roy's Point Marina and sandy beach on Lake Superior in Bayfield, WI; and decided to buy a Brickyard Creek cottage site.
Don and Cindi met in 2000. Don took Cindi to see Bayfield, WI and the Brickyard Creek development/Roy's Point Marina and sandy beach; she helped him select his cottage site in October, 2000; and Don built his 2nd home - Brickyard Creek Cottage #34. Don and Cindi started enjoying their time away from work at this beautiful cottage in July, 2001.
A couple years later, Don found/bought his 34 foot C&C sailboat, Cadeau (beautiful gift) in September, 2003; and he, Cindi, and sailing friends enjoy sailing in the Apostle Islands.
A few years after Don and Cindi met, Don and Cindi were enjoying a winter hike around Brickyard Creek/Roy's Point Marina/beach area in December, 2004. Don asked Cindi to look for driftwood along Roy's Point Marina sandy beach; asked her to look at the Apostle Islands; and on one knee, he proposed to Cindi and, of course, she said 'yes' with joyful frozen tears. They walked back to their Brickyard Creek Cottage #34 and celebrated their wedding engagement at Maggie's Restaurant that evening in Bayfield, WI.
Don and Cindi enjoy launching their kayaks @ sandy beach and kayaking along Lake Superior lakeshore to see shipwreck near Buffalo Bay.
Don and Cindi enjoy hiking, biking, sailing, Brownstone Trail, Houghton Falls Trail, Meyers Beach trail, Sea Caves, picking strawberries, cherries, raspberries, blueberries, and apples at local orchards in Bayfield, WI.
Cindi picked apples, and canned in 2014.

Don brought Cindi to Bayfield, WI in October, 2000 when he started to build Brickyard Creek Cottage #34 and they started enjoying this beautiful cottage the summer of July, 2001.
Don proposed to Cindi at Roy's Point marina and beach in December, 2004; she said yes, and they married; and have been enjoying this wonderful Bayfield, Wisconsin ever after...

They chose to build their Brickyard Creek Cottage #34 at Brickyard Creek and Roy's Point Marina because of the Boreal Forest, flora, fauna, sandy beach (warm enough to swim in summer), kayaking, views and access to the Apostle Islands, sailboat and slip @ Marina for their sailboat, wood-chipped walking trails with bridges crossing over Brickyard Creek, wonderful lake home, cottage, Roy's Point Marina members; close to new Legendary Waters Casino, and 2 miles from downtown Bayfield, WI.
Don and Cindi fell in love with Brickyard Creek/Roy's Point Marina and sandy beach; and Bayfield, WI and Apostle Islands area; and built their Brickyard Creek Cottage #34 as their 2nd home.
